I've somehow kept off the 2lb I lost last weekend from the flu even though I've been eating total crap all week (oops!) I'm really looking forward to the New Year and a new start both food and work wise (I recently had my desk moved into the main office so I'm surrounded by the others and I love it. I was on my own before.

The Extra Easy plan in the new magazine seems almost too good to be true, plus theres no mention of HEs are these excluded from the plan? without going to class I cant get a copy of the booklet, will it be highlighted on the website? I'm very eager to read more about it and see how it works.

Perhaps someone would be good enough to PM me the details once they have their head around it?

I have 3 stone to lose (I'm only 4,11 and currently weigh a little under 11stone) and would love to fit into my skinny jeans again. My partner and I are going to Edinburgh in the Summer so I would love to hit my target by then, that gives me around 6 months, is 3 stone in 6 months possible?

Oh dear, the 2lb I lost last weekend from the flu has crept back on overnight....oh well that'll be the crumpets and mince pies that have been endlessly passing my lips! lol

I'm not going to worry about this too much what with Xmas only a few days away. I can always get the excersize DVDs out if I have to!

Haven't been on here for a while. The run up to Christmas has kept me busy and plus I've had my incapacity benefit stopped and have been quite upset about it. Im going to appeal but its a horrible thing to happen before Xmas. Ive bought the latest SW magazine and am going to restart the plan after Christmas. Haven't read it yet but need ideas for meals for the family so Im hoping it will help.

    Merry Christmas everyone!:santa2: :snow_laug :xmassign:
