I did a lovely stilton dip with quark.

Just crumble in a HEA measure of good blue stilton and leave overnight to let the quark soak up the flavour of the cheese.

Or you could do a garlic and onion dip with some parsley sprinkled in.

Thanks, do not have any stilton but sounds lovely so may try that myself.

Is it best to leave the onion and garlic in the quark overnight?

I would mash it all up and leave in the fridge overnight, that would be yummy

I've been rooting about on the SW website and discovered that my local class is on a Wednesday night, which next week would be New Years Eve, I'm guessing there wont be a class that night? or should I go and have a look anyway? its only down the road from me.

I think I might follow the orginal two plans for a while before trying this new one, I'm getting confused as well now!

    Good idea!

As a consultant, I'd recommend that you don't try the new plan as yet, although the magazine has details about a 7 day menu.

Without the book, ultimately there will be questions from people about how the new plan works.

It's best if for the moment, that you continue following the normal plans which you know (and love!), and then when Extra Easy is launched in class, that you read the new book (just like you would with your food optimising book), to ensure you understand all of the details.

The questions being asked are answered in the booklet which is free to current members (from your consultant) and will be available over the next few weeks :)

    Hi Liz3yy

More than likely it isn't being held on that night. I'd recommend that you contact the consultant on the number on the Slimming World website and give them a call or a text (if a mobile), and i'm sure they'll explain what is happening to the class.

    Steve :)
  • sorry I'm even more lost now :confused:

am I wrong in thinking the new plan allows you too eat as much steak/fish/chicken along with as much spuds/SW chips/rice/.pasta as you want ?

    thanks

No, you're not wrong and yes that's what it says :D
You can eat unlimited meat, potatoes and veg, fish, chips and mushy peas, and chicken curry and rice with no measuring, no weighing, no counting – no kidding!
The savings are made through having less HEs (only 1xA and 1xB) and have a third of your plate filled with superfree foods (ie: cabbage, cauli, brocolli, carrots, salad veg etc)

You weren't wrong putting your faith in the Red and Green Plans were you, so have faith in Extra Easy too. Try it for one week - what have you got to lose (apart from weight, lol).
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Crickey, the new extra easy plan sounds, well extra easy! I cant get my head round eating unlimited pasta and meat/tuna together but if its proven to work then brill!

I'm definitely giving this a go in the New Year.

I'm also thinking of going back to group in the New Year too, I joined back in April of this year but only managed to attend 3 classes as there was too much going on in my life at the time. Things now should be a little quieter so I'm hoping I wont have to miss any weeks.

I'm guessing my local consultant wont have the hump that I didnt stick it out first time around? I'm a little nervous of going back!

Please don't be nervous. Your Consultant will be thrilled to see you back in group and committed to losing weight. You will get all the details you need to follow any (or all) of the plans.
