I guess the reason it doesn't for me is that I am the opposite to you in that I actually don't like milk and love plain - the darker/stronger.highest cocoa bean content the more I like it - Poulain (french) Plain chocolate oh my yummy :p:o:o

Oh I ate tooo much and three, yes three Oreo Cookie Milk Shakes at TGI tonight :o:o:o

Cor those milk shakes sound divine. Still, you are doing so great with your weight loss - I am sure it wont be a problem and hey you are only human!:) Everyone has been instructed to NOT give me chocolate for Christmas. Guess its lucky we never got to go to Willy Wonkas - we would never have left the place.:D

Just a thought, maybe you should fill your fridge with tons of milk chocolate - might have the opposite effect for you??

HELP!!! my boyfriend is a teacher and is here for the holidays (he works 100 miles away) anyway he walked in last night with 2 boxes of Q street, box of celebrations, M&S chocolate eclairs, box of continental winter collection, box of Gurlain seashells and some Polish sweets!!! We are both doing SW and have tried to give a couple of boxes away, but they are all sitting here taunting me. Even hidden in the cupboard i can hear them calling me.
We already polished off half a box of the Thorntons ones. AND we had a indian takeaway last night, which was tandoori chicken, but we had a spoonful of pilau rice and a sppon of curry sauce also AND half a nan bread each.

We do so well all week, but when we get together we are naughty. I planned to be good til xmas day so I could relax, but ive undone all my hardwork and feel pants.
