    Yes lots of quorn Marion. Hmm maybe spaghetti and meatballs....its just I don't feel like anything in particular even though I'm hungry (which isn't like me!) :o

    Don't fancy omlette. Rice and veg is a possibility. Hmmmm...

    Perhaps a week on fast forward?It's tough but really seems to help people when they're genuinely stuck.

    Thanks for that Ikkle - I know 5lbs is 5lbs off - but just seems carp when am trying sooo hard and my friend has lost soooo much (pleased for her, really I am;) . Just would be nice if I could do so well too!!!)

    Deffo not a veggy :eek: just having a good green day and wanted to try a tea with no HE's. She reckons she never has meat on a green day or any pasta/potatoes etc on an original day - and puts her success down to that? Love fish and meat too much :D - which is why SW is ideal for me on paper:rolleyes:

    I have my dinner early - anout 11.30 (sometimes earlier:o ) cos am starving in the mornings...then maybe some fruit/yoghurt about 2....then nothing til about 7. I agree with you - 4 - 5 smaller meals suits me better really - am a grazer! (Just had Rice and beetroot salad for lunch - started at 10.00 and just finished it!) Maybe I should space them out a bit more:confused:

    Will have a look at the SS foods - I have to fancy certain things before I can eat them - but that's a good tip and I will have a proper look, cheers.:D

    Haven't seen the fat - but Juddermans right - getting rid of a [strike]chiuah[/strike][strike] chiwa[/strike]small dog has to be a good thing!!!

    Should I cut down on me syns, do you think? I tend to 'spend' them on ingredients, squash, horlicks (showing my age here:o ) etc rather than 'treats'. Can't have just one glass of wine.... and am Very Lucky in that chocolate doesn't tempt me 95% of the time!!


    this might seam really daft...but I was doing this at work..eating my lunch before ten thirty...then not eating anything until tea...

    so I made sure I had "something" every half hour...a few grapes, a segment of orange..sliced up some bannana... I get mad with myself for not doing this all the time...when I am really busy at work and hardley eat anything all day...I loose tiny amounts.

    To any newbies, I know we've had a few past few days, the sheet I'm referring to is a spreadsheet I have created to use as a food dairy - I find the paper ones from SW don't give me enough room - also I have popped in formulae to keep a running total of your syns consumed in a 7 day period - I've had a lot of demand for the sheet and it seems to be popular - so if you want a copy drop me a PM -a dn as below let me know if ya want to be kept abreast of any improvements/developments

    OK so I am going to make occasional tweaks and changes and add the very occasional bit of functionality to my spreadsheet and may look at other useful sheets n other stuff. - I am currently playing around with an addition to the diary as we speak.

    Would any of you be interested in being kept informed of developments and have the chance to download the latest versions ? I am going to keep a copy of all versions so you can always go back. I'm also, and if there was previously any doubt that I was an anal, saddo anorak these should now be dispelled, going to go with version numbers like software companies do to identify different versions (Oh my I'm reheallly sad aren't I :o:o).

    If you're interested just drop me a pm with "Subscribe" (minus quotation marks) in the subject line and let me have an email address and I will create a group in my gmail and will then just send one e-mail with any updates/news that will go to everyone in that group (distribution list if you like)

    Oh Just one other thing - in any reply also let me know if you are using the sheet in excel or compatible software (e.g. open office/star office) or using it on-line with Google docs - I'm using Google docs.

    Lastly - if not Google docs would you be willing to move to that **IF** that gave you more functionality.

    Ahh I have really ruined today...and I was so good when I went out for lunch...I jst ate two bags of crisps and three mini rolls....ahhhh.......

    Off to do star jumps to MTV....Hopefully womenizer will be on and I will be inspired by her new skinny body!!!

    I am off to pm you for the spreadsheet Judder...although wont be putting todays sins on as it might implode!!!!!!!!!!!!

    .5lb this week. I feel sooooo depressed about it and I dont even cheat at all and only have around 3 or 4 syns a day and 2 of them on a highlight drink at night. The woman who started with me lost another 3lb so thats 9lb in the same time. I know she's got a bit more to lose so maybe in comes off faster in the beginning but it makes me feels like sh*t and jealous.:cry:

    aww try not to get disheartened - stick with it and if it continues to come off very slowly speak to your consultant about it and between you , you can maybe come up with some ideas to improve matters.

    Many folk say mixing things up a bit to give some variety can help so if you usually do more greens, have a swap round and do more reds, or try mix2match - I do this quite a bit anyway as it adds much more flexibility and adds variety.
