ooh i love butterscotch thanks currantbun :T . I am forming a shopping list of treats! Have been doing some research on SW website. M&S count on us crisps are only 4.5 syns. Also this week i discovered Snack a Jack choc popcorn which is 4 syns and really yummy. :j
ooh small world - I have been doing this - it's one of the tabs on the spreadsheet I am sharing with folk on here - not much on it yet but I do want to populate it so I can have a big lsit to choose from and then sort on whatever criteria is most important to me at any pint in time:D (yes I am a sad anorak

Ooooh not looked at that - lemme know if you're interested in a copy of the spreadsheet - 'tis combined - 1 sheet for treats as we were discussing and then several sheets for food dairy inc formulae to keep running count of syns consumed in a 7day period.

I have joined this week and am just going through all the bumpf - could somebody clarify whether Mullerlights are free or not? I know they used to be but on the syns list very low fat fruit yoghurts are 0.5.

hey thanks for the heads up about peas,
i had to have dinner out so i had a jacket potatoe an beans and i shall have the pasta quiche tommororw .:)
as for syns i am wrong not to be using very many - i just dont feel like eating anything like that.

I am having an awful day today. It started off with me being sick for some reason last night and all day today thats all I have fancied is buttered toast. I dont know whether to syn it all or just forget about today and cut back until WI on Sunday. I was good Wed/Thurs/Fri as we intended to go out today but havent because I havent felt too good.
How terrible is this? 2nd week on the plan and am failing already0 -
