judderman - some of us get lucky! I had two rear teeth removed under general anaesthetic two days before my birthday - was terrified of the pain once the relief wore off - but it didn't happen! :j I had a mugshot a couple of hours after I got out of hopital, then pasta for dinner that night! Went for a carvery on my birthday too! :rotfl:0

I'm having a good day today, though I've been really hungry for some reason!
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix with mullerlight yoghurt, followed by two fried eggs topped with cheese (I used frylight of course)
Lunch - egg mayo sarnie and cup of tea in Costa Coffee, I can count 10 syns for that as it had wholemeal bread
Evening snack - 2 quorn sausages & a pot of mango slices (they were reduced in Asda!)
Dinner - chickpea and carrot curry with tonnes of boiled rice, cant wait for that!
My next weigh in is tomorrow morning and I have my fingers crossed that another lb has dropped off. I think it might have as I tried on some jeans in M&S this morning and was thrilled that I was able to get into a pair of size 12's for the first time ever! at the start of this year I was a 16They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

HI All
Does anyone have any recommendations for low syn snacks? I'm a fan of crisps but haven't had any for 2 weeks.
Also what are everyone's favourite low syn sweet stuff? I've not yet been able to get my hands on fudge alpen lights and they sound good. Sometimes though, only chocolate will do and I'm not sure what to get for those days. Any suggestions?
I know they're not crisps but I have become a fan of marks and spencer sugar free butterscotch. They are little boxes by the tills, 69 p a box and six syns for a box of about 14 sweeties.0 -
