Wanted a free foods book but there isnt any as they reprint early in the year apparently but like I said you need it at the beginning not when youve been going 6 months so having to look on ebay.
xx
Both the free foods books are still available for Consultants to buy (I've just looked on our website) so I would ask your Consultant to order them for you. The price on ebay is ridiculous.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

if you go by the welcome book frozen chips (the most similar thing i could find) are:
deep fried, average thickness 28g : 2.5syns on a red day/ 1.5 on a green
the skinnier the chip the higher the syns, so as wedges are fatter they cant be anyworse than above
hope it helps0 -
i ll do the cheese as a heb i think
it is confusing but im hoping i pick it up, i can be very competitive and hope to actually lose some weight too ,
You're doing really well - the meals look well planned and filling up to now so don't worry.
You're allowed 28gms of Bran Flakes but in order to get enough fibre to call it a HEB you should also eat 1 Ryvita dark rye, sesame or original crispbread as well.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Yes that's great
:D thanks so much :j:beer::T

Does anyone know where I could pick up a pedometer ?
I had my pedometer from ebay. Its an omron and has been recommended to me by a few people. Its quite good actually as it logs the past 7 days steps and it doesnt add steps when you shake it as some do e.g. the free ones you got in walkers crisps :rotfl:0 -
I'm a bit worried that I'm eating so much, even though I'm not using all my syns and HEB's.
Is it normal to eat loads with SW?
Oh gosh, yes - you can eat loads and still lose weight with SW - it's one thing almost every new member queries, but by the end of the first month, they're singing the praises of free food with the rest of us.
Do please make a special effort to have your HEs though - they are important so that you get all the nutrients you need to stay healthy.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi all, I cant wait to weigh myself on Sunday, hopefully I would have lost another lb (fingers crossed)
