Thanks :T for sharing your spreadsheet, I have downloaded it and its fab!
I have spent ages putting some back weeks food diaries in (dont tell my boss ;) ) so that I can build up a history of what i ate and what I lost. If I lose my way a bit I can go back to find a week where I lost a decent amount and just follow that plan for a week IYKWIM.
I think this will help keep me on track - such a good idea :T x

As for the keep / chuck clothes issue - CHUCK EM (or recycle/charity/sell)!
What are you waiting for, are you keeping them for when you fail?
If you plan to fail, why try?

I've only kept my biggest pair of jeans - the rest of the stuff I can still wear at the mo, though some trousers are becoming unwearable even with a belt. These will be given to charity along with the rest of the stuff as it bcomes unwearable.

That is fair enough - I am currently wearing work pants 2 sizes too big that have been sewn up the back to stop them from falling down! :o

Hi all, love all the posts about chucking too big clothes, I've tried to lose so often and gone down one size, just to go up the next time I'm stressedicon9.gif. So I think I'll keep mine until I've gone down a couple of sizes, chucking the biggest size each time, if that makes sense.

Saying that, I've failed so often that I can't really imagine losing that much. I've never used classes before though, and this one seems really friendly, the consultant is lovely too, so hoping this time will be different. I'm a bit worried that I'm eating so much, even though I'm not using all my syns and HEB's.

Is it normal to eat loads with SW?

ETA, how do I get the spreadsheet judderman? If that's OK, anyway.
    Anytime;)
