rob - I think bran flakes would be fine, but you would end up using some of your milk allowance that you had saved for later.
You could just as easily have another slice of bread / toast.
OR as you are on green, you could count your cheese as a B, have only the one A today (you can select one or two A's, but should have 2B's) and leav your plan as it is
Sounds like you have got the hang of this really quickly0 -
i ll do the cheese as a heb i think
it is confusing but im hoping i pick it up, i can be very competitive and hope to actually lose some weight too ,

I like the idea of the vac bags - I think I might have one somewhere.... We are moving house next summer, so I suppose, If I have kept it off til then, then I might find it easier to get rid of stuff as I won't of looked at it for 6 months or so....
hey listen what I get up to at weekends is my own affair

rob - with cereals the allowances are pretty miserly - you need to weigh - it's usually about 28g which is a lot less than you think it's gonna be - early dyas I used to guess and 1st tiem I weighed I found that amount I was guessing was about double the allowance   :eek:Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing

Got mine from Tesco's - they do about 4 varieties of the Lights but I love the fudge one - really chewy so feels like you've had a naughty snack! The did a summer fruits one in the summer but haven't seen that in a while.0 -

Oh I agree with the music etc - thats far too annoying this early on! To be honest I don't think the shops should put decoration's in their windows either until the 1st Dec! (Thats when our tree & decorations will go up and thats more than early enough!)0

Morning everyone!
Re 'old' clothes, this time (I have been down this road many times before) I have got rid of everything except one pair of jeans, which were the first ones I ever had, and which I bought when I was in NZ a couple of years ago. That was the first time in my whole adult life when I had the self confidence to wear proper jeans!!!
They were size 20, and now I am wearing as we speak M&S 16s, their sizing is generous but it makes me feel so good!
But this time I have kept nothing back 'just-in-case'. I am not going to put the weight back on. It grieves me that I have spent money on clothes I have hardly worn, but some I pass on, and the rest go in charity bags. They put them thru the door - last week there were 3 different charities all collecting.
Take care all of you
Polly
PS A few pages ago, someone mentioned porridge. If its any help, I make mine with water, measuring 28g oats, then mix in a mullerlight for flavour, and sweeten if necessary with canderel or similar.0 -
