so this is my plan today based on a sample meal plan and my own ideas thrown in .
B, orange and grapefruit segments , followed by quorn sausage, mushroom tomatoes and some scrambled eggs.
l jacket potatoe beans and low fat cheese with home made coleslaw
d spag bol using quorn oninon , chopped tomatoes with some chopped carrots and celery.

Glad you enjoyed your breakfast - a great meal to start the day :D

Lunch sounds good - I just want to check that you intend to weigh your cheese as a HeA (or B), and that your coleslaw you are making with syn free dressing (vlf yog or vlf fromage frais work as a good 'base' - all mayo has to be synned)

Do make sure you are eating your A's and B's as well. With the exception of the cheese, there are none in this plan so far - maybe you will have them as snacks, or use them to jazz up the meals?

    Have a great day :D
  • Ok - here's a question for you all.

I have been on the plan since April, and I have now dropped TWO  dress sizes.

Do you get rid of larger sized clothes (out of the house - charity etc), or do you store them in the house 'for when you might need them'?

To some extent, I know that what I am asking is about attitude - 'will I keep off what I have lost'.... but I have some really nice clothes from my larger sizes that very bizarrely, I am finding it hard to get rid of.

Anyone got a good strategy for my clothes-hoarding tendances? My wardrobe isn't coping - there are three dress sizes in there now (at least!) and I need to be making space for the nice new things that fit!

    HELP!

I made the coleslaw last night using 95% fat free fromae frais , My cheese is low fat cheese and im having about 42 g
I had a slice of thick cut wholemeal bread with breakfast which is a healthy choice b
I intend on having some soya milk with dinner as i like milk and that wil cover that side

Angie what about one of those vacuum bags that you put your clothes in and then use a vacuum to compact it all so that they dont take a lot of room up :)

Welcome to Slimming World Rob. Sorry to be ignorant, are you going to classes or are you doing it alone at home? What are you having as your other HEB? You could have 2 alpen light bars as 1 HEB if you like cereal bars or need a little bit of a chocolate fix. Also if you buy Nimble its abpout 56p in Morrisons you can have 2 slices of that as 1 HEB :)
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx
  • I tend to keep the dresses that no longer fit just in case I do looes my way and put on again - but if I manage to keep off I might change that plan.

I believe Alpen Light do a choc and fudge or similar - does anyone know which supermarket(s) stock this variety ?

  • Angie i had a car boot with all my old clothes you wouldn't believe the amount of money I made just selling them! or you could take them to a charity shop or I have noticed a recycle clothes bin at local supermarket car parks.

really? have many? :rotfl: :rotfl: I have no dresses to deal with - jeans are my problem. My room is drowning in jeans.

I like the idea of the vac bags - I think I might have one somewhere.... We are moving house next summer, so I suppose, If I have kept it off til then, then I might find it easier to get rid of stuff as I won't of looked at it for 6 months or so....
