Hi all, love all the posts about chucking too big clothes, I've tried to lose so often and gone down one size, just to go up the next time I'm stressedicon9.gif. So I think I'll keep mine until I've gone down a couple of sizes, chucking the biggest size each time, if that makes sense.

Saying that, I've failed so often that I can't really imagine losing that much. I've never used classes before though, and this one seems really friendly, the consultant is lovely too, so hoping this time will be different. I'm a bit worried that I'm eating so much, even though I'm not using all my syns and HEB's.

Is it normal to eat loads with SW?

ETA, how do I get the spreadsheet judderman? If that's OK, anyway.

Just PM me and I'll send you the link

Oh I agree with the music etc - thats far too annoying this early on! To be honest I don't think the shops should put decoration's in their windows either until the 1st Dec! (Thats when our tree & decorations will go up and thats more than early enough!)

I cant agree with you SC sorry:rolleyes: ,
being a single parent i need to get organised early on but like so many others need to be in the mood to christmas shop and i cant get in the mood with out the lights and decs and music. i love them coming on early i get so christmassy myself and it really spurs me on to do and make things (including my not so SW friendly christmas cake :D ). my decs and tree are going up tomorrow and sunday and i cant wait... im a big kid really:rotfl:

  • Ok - here's a question for you all.

I have been on the plan since April, and I have now dropped TWO  dress sizes.

Do you get rid of larger sized clothes (out of the house - charity etc), or do you store them in the house 'for when you might need them'?

To some extent, I know that what I am asking is about attitude - 'will I keep off what I have lost'.... but I have some really nice clothes from my larger sizes that very bizarrely, I am finding it hard to get rid of.

Anyone got a good strategy for my clothes-hoarding tendances? My wardrobe isn't coping - there are three dress sizes in there now (at least!) and I need to be making space for the nice new things that fit!

    HELP!

If there are a few items you really love why not get them taliored down?As for the rest....say goodbye! You will never be that size again?so why hold on to them?!:D
