  • thanks for the spreadsheet JM, it will take me a while to figure it out but i wont be beat, anyway ill ask you if i get stuck lol.
i called into asda tonight for some veg and went the wrong way and found my self round the clothes (silly me) out of curiosity i decided to try on some jeans, my size 18s are way to big for me now but i wear a belt to keep them up, so i git a 16 off the rail and they were too big too i couldnt believe it, i pushed my luck and tried a 14 but im not quite there yet another 7lb off and i will be, i could fasten them but you could see they were too tight. i was amazed, i will never again whinge when i only lose a pound as they are all mounting up.

Anyone have any ideas what I can do that is interesting with cabbage? That is if it is possible :rotfl: for cabbage to be interesting!!!

It was weigh in last night and I managed to lose another 1.5 lbs :j, suppose I should go and update signature.

Cabbage rolls are nice! Mix quorn mince and rice with and wrap up in cooked cabbage leaves making little parcels. Arrange them in the bottom of a dish, pour over some synfree homemade tomato sauce with spices of your choice added, bake in the oven for half an hour or so and serve with syn free mashed potato. Very nice!

  • Hi, i've been reading this forum for ages now (up to page 402 and counting!), and i'd love to join you if that's ok? I started SW at the beginning of October and lost 13 lbs in the first 4 weeks, but due to a sudden change in my finances, i'm unable to justify the cost of attending class for a while :(. I have to say that the support and advice you guys give each other is inspirational!

    Hey folks.
:jIm really pleased for you Northernlass! :j
Thats what its all about - nothing you can possibly eat can give you the feeling you get when you look good in the mirror and you actually fit into smaller clothes.:T
Today the plan for me is:
    Brekkie: 2 Weetabix and 250ml s/s milk
Lunch: Mug Shot Noodle Thai with 2 Ryvita Sesame and a muller light
    Snacks: Satsuma, banana, apple
Dinner: Not yet decided, found some old SW books in my drawer yesterday and might give someting different a try - ill see whats in the fridge.
Planning to go shopping this afternoon, but gonna leave the car at home and walk it all. It has been snowing here and it is still fluttering so it will be nice to be out in that!
Sorry Judderman but the snow is making me feel even more Chri*&%assy (I'm not allowed to say it)!!:p
