Hi
Sorry if I sound just a bit tooooo excited about this but I CAN'T BELIEVE TESCO REDUCED FAT EGG MAYO SARNIE FILLER IS FREEEEEEE!!!!!
Right, I am ok now, thanks for that. But seriously I am what my mother would call a very "faddy" eater and don't like any veg (but I can eat SW chips.. he he ) so finding new things to eat is challenging. I don't want to get bored and go back to my old ways. I love the plan and the food and just want to keep going. Escpecially seeing as I am in it for the long haul.
Well done to everyone who is still on the plan

She's right too,
sorry for being pessimistic but i had to double check it myself.

Ive borrowed my sisters popcorn maker so I can make some for the kids instead of crisps (its a big hit) But I stupidly thought it would be free on a green day, but its 5 1/2 syns per 28g! im confused as sweetcorn is free on a green day. Its not cooked in anything or anything added to it. oh well the kids will make up for my share.
I also agree with C31 and I do realise that there so much research goes into SW, when you think how often a new food comes onto the market and you can check it online. They are also cheaper that the 'other' classes around. But I dont mind spending the £4.50 as I always stay too class, It a social outing for me, I have 2 small kids and live on my own with them so when I get that hour free i enjoy it, Ive met a couple of friends through it, shared recipes, realised I was doing things wrong etc.
I started off trying to do this on my own and the website, but I need that goal everyweek, I enjoy getting the praise etc when ive lost and the motivational words when i need to get back on track.
My new consultant is fab, she calls you once a week for the first couple of weeks, she sends out cards when yourve reached 1/2 stone etc. And she very funny (and could talk for Scotland so our class runs for almost 2 hours lol)
The classes will pick up in Jan whe all the new year resolutions atart.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Honestly, I spent about an hour yesterday at lunchtime drawing a crappy tree for my wall - similar to this - but much more ....well rubbish!

Hi ladies
I'm am pregnant with LO#2 and following the plan. My consultant gave me a booklet which tells you about following SW when pregnant. As far as I can tell you continue to follow it as normal until LO arrives and then up your HE As (calcium) if/when you start breastfeeding.
I've maintained this week, which is good 'cos I'm only 6 weeks pregnant and put 2lb on last week. With my 1st baby i didn't put a lb on until I was 16wks, so that was a bit of a shock. I'm feeling pretty sick and eating is the only thing that's staving it off, but I'm trying to eat the right stuff.
Good luck with your TTC. Hey Steph don't feel too bad! a loss is a loss but I do hope you feel better soon. Don't forget to add it up. 1lb a week is 52lbs a year - over 3.5 stone! :T0
