I've been a bit naughty today and weighed myself this morning even though my next "official" WI isnt until Sunday. I was shocked to see I've gained 2lb even though I've been following the plan to the letter, is this normal? am I likely to lose the excess lbs before the weekend? I feel rather fed up now and wonder if I'm doing anything wrong?They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Liz3yy - everyone's weight fluctuates 2lbs during the course of the day, don't worry at all. (I'm weird in that I can gain or lose up to 8lbs a day!!)

also I find it better , for me, to take along term view and not worry too much anout even a 1 week's performance - far better to look at overall since I started, or over a 3-6 week period -etc - I've had weeks where I have been bad and gained a fair bit and then gone on a run where I have lost a fair bit - no bad thing, again this is what works for me, to be a little dissapoinetd if I have done badly over a 2 or 3 week period ***BUT*** not to get too down on myself - that'd be counter productive - focus on the positives and knowing that I can and have done it is the way to view it.
We can all do it - so lets all kepp positive :beer::beer:

how are you all? I have my weigh in tomorrow, did a naughty thing today - I weighed myself in Boots then stomped around Morrisons in a mood. I am a confusing person lol.
On another forum someone is doing a christmas tree, not sure if you guys have seen/heard it. If I can add it here i will. Looked goodYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I have got to get my head round this so.......
I have just made a list of foods that I like on red and green days.
I also did one for all foods that are free on both days (superfree, I think???)
I have tried to make a list of meals we like, did it in 2 columns, red and green.
I am trying to plan plan and plan again!
Could any of you lovelies let me know what yogs are free other than muller lights and lasting satisfaction??? TIA:money: Martin Lewis Rocks!:money:0 -
