Hi all - I haven't posted a menu plan for a few days, and I know a few people are finding the plan tricky to get their heads around, thought this might help
Green day today:
B - Aldi optifit lf yog and large slice of melon
snack - banana
lunch - jacket potato with baked beans and eat honestly smooth cottage cheese
treat - small choc/nut cookie 3syns
dinner - pasta bake made with pasta, broc, bacon (B), peppers, spring onions, peas and courgette, topped with a 'cheesy topping' made with vlf yog, eggs, cheddar (A) served alongside carrots and sugar snap peas.
I am off to a meeting now, but when I get back I need to have another B, so might have an alpen light or toast or something else. Maybe a drop of baileys later too, but that depends if they serve wine at the meeting

Hello all,
Went to WI this morning (first one) and lost 6.5lb! Am absolutely shocked and flabergasted. Had to weigh myself twice just to make sure lol.
I know a lot is probably water but still I can feel a bit pleased hey?
Does anyone know how slimmer of the week works?
x
At our group Slimmer of the Week is the person who the previous week has lost weight or maintained (and I think stayed to class) and then the following week loses the greatest amount of weight and again stays to class. They are rewarded with the basket of fruit/veg/slimming world friendly food items. Each member brings something to class to go in the slimmer of the week basket and sometimes our consultant throws in something too.
You also get a fab certificate and a little sticker. Ive been Slimmer of the Week twice :j and Ive got the certificate on my mantlepiece because in a strange way, if I have the nibbles, it occasionally stops me reaching for something I should eat!!!0 -

Obviously it doesn't apply to your first week as a large loss is expected. WELL DONE! :TDFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0

Well done on your loss - any loss is real - you *should* feel pleased.
I think the best thing on the website for someone struggling is the food diary feature. You select the day that you want (green or original) and after that, it will only allow you to select food that you are allowed - I found it a great way to get to 'know' the plan.0 -
Thanks everyone for the info about slimmer of the week - it wasnt for me but my friends mother who was in the class last week when I joined. We thought she would have slimmer of the week as she lost the most out of the people that stayed but she didnt. Although not sure how she or the woman who won went the week before.
Interesting to know though.
