Just added up my syns since Friday and I have had 59 and a half!! And it is all on chocolate and pringles etc, I have been such a hog and I am furious with myself after doing so well for the last 5 weeks.
I maintained last Friday so I was wanting a loss this week and i can only achieve that if I have no more syns this week - till Friday!!
:mad:Right thats it - im gonna go have a shower now and check myself out in the mirror to remind myself why i am doing this , then im going to have a hard word with myself and get back on the plan tomorrow.
OOoohhhh im mad....
Don't get disheartened. It happens to us all. What is important now is what you do about it. It's easy to give up and feel bad, but much more positive to just get back on track and like you say, get back on plan now.
If you can just limit yourself to 5 syns per day until WI then you can still have some each day and you are in control. I now only eat something if I know the syn value first. The idea is that I can then decide if I really want to spend that many syns on something so little.
I was desperate for something choccy based the other day so remembered the nutella/ryvita fake ferreros -1 original ryvita bashed and a level tbl of nutella all mixed up. It was so sickly! I manged to eat it all and then felt ill! I'd like to think my tastebuds are changing so I don't like these things, but I'd love it more if I didn't crave them in the first place!I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites

Thanks guys you are brilliant.:T
I love the Fake ferrero's I had never heard of them before - it was actual ferreros that contributed to my massive syn intake this week, I was making little pots of gold for my hampers and it was one for the pot, one for me!! I'll have a go at them next week (when I have some spare syns!).
Lovelyladybird - you made me feel much better - I see that I can still make it this week, just got to be extra good until Friday.
IIkkle - i'm gonna do that rice pudding tonight - I was going to have it last night but forgot that I had already had 250ml of milk with brekkie.
Thanks Guys - I do feel more positive this morning. You can stand there and agonize........

If you fancy rice pudding on green, but have used your A's, you can make it in two stages:
1. cook the rice in water (micro, pan or oven)
2. thoroughly drain off any surplus water and stir in a muller light - vanilla flavour would taste like 'standard' rice pud, but you could use any flavour for something different (toffee could be fun:p )0 -

Just email or text your consultant for the password, that's what I do if I miss it at class, or forget, as I usually do :rolleyes:0 -

Hi everyone, just a quick question.
I can't make my Slimming World class tommorrow, am I meant to call my consultant & let her know?
I only have her home number so not sure if I will be able to get hold of her. If I can't will I be charged a fee next week for missing a class?
Thanks
LauraThanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

Hi all,
I've not posted for a while but I've been keeping up with all your fantastic losses along with all the other trials and tribulations! I seem to be having a bit of a tussle with my bod at the moment, in the past four weeks the pattern, if you can call it that, has been 2lbs lossthen 2lbs gain  then 3lbs loss
then last week half lb gain . As far as I'm concerned I've followed the plan to the letter, have gone back to weighing my healthy extras and syns, I've been trying to vary things, up my water intake etc. etc. I know overall it's still heading in the right direction, but after the steady and sustained regular weekly weightloss I had been having it's all leaving me a bit confusicated! I was losing between 1 and 2lbs every week with an occasional 3lb loss thrown in as a nice surprise. I've lost 3st 8lbs since April, which I'm over the moon about and wanted it to be 4st by Crimble which I thought was easily achievable, I'm not so sure now.
Anyway as an aside I had a lovely dinner last night, which ,I think, I made up myself, although I may have been reinventing the wheel. I bought some of the really big flat mushrooms (reduced for quick sale) and grilled them with some leam bacon, then chopped the bacon on top of the mushrooms and had laughing cow triangles (HEA) on top, it was really scrummy and completely free on a red day. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -
