I'm so jealous - you are all doing so well, and im falling off the tracks a bit.
Just added up my syns since Friday and I have had 59 and a half!! And it is all on chocolate and pringles etc, I have been such a hog and I am furious with myself after doing so well for the last 5 weeks.
I maintained last Friday so I was wanting a loss this week and i can only achieve that if I have no more syns this week - till Friday!!
:mad:Right thats it - im gonna go have a shower now and check myself out in the mirror to remind myself why i am doing this :eek:, then im going to have a hard word with myself and get back on the plan tomorrow.

don't beat yourself up to much least you still have five days lol
last weekend i went out for a curry and when i worked out the syns i used it was 85:eek: :eek: i just stuck to plan work out what i was going to eat for next 5 day drunk lods and lods of water:oand snack on ssfree foods i kept within 105 syns allow and still manged to lose 1.5lbs
joined sw on 22/10/08lost 3 stonere-joined 8/1/12need to lose 2 stones:eek:4lbs:j0 -

I had some plain tikka chicken( no sauce) from the indian as a treat with a onion bhaji.

Having a Green day
breakfast - bran flakes and milk ---HEA HEB
Lunch - slice nimble and ham
Dinner - Egg ,SW chips 1 vege sausage ( linda mccartney ) 2 syns
snacks 1 special k bar - 4.5 syns
banana orange, plum
for tomorrow made
another green day
pasta, red pepper, onion ,cucumber, sweetcorn, tuna and red calorie mayo 2 tbsp
am i right in thinking all is free except to syn the mayo and count the tuna as HE ?

i made a fab dip tonight, i had it with sw chips/wedges, garlic mushrooms and quorn fillets...
half tub of cottage cheese and chives, 2 tbsp of extra low fat mayo, 4 tbsp low fat greek yogurt, 1tbsp lemon juice and lots of garlic powder
i wizzed it with my blender and dipped my chips, mushrooms and quorn in it:T google slimmingworldclub fab support site

well done nano on your loss hun.
I made syn free rice pudding tonight and it was lush everybody had some and enjoyed it. Seeing as I dont drink milk or eat hard cheese it is a good way for me to use up Healthy extras xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Angie, you deserve to win your challenge, that meal plan was brilliant.
Well done those who have lost, hang in there the rest of you, I know how you feel. I seem to find the weekend the time i'm most likely to lose it, none of my strategies work agin the 'I want to eat and nothing's going to stop me' thoughts as yet, but I WILL get there. I have to write off the bad days and start again in the morning.0
