I skipped breakfast this morning as I was in a rush but made sure that at about 11 i had something to eat. (fruit) then have had my dinner , sea food salad, and then a load of strawberries. For tea I am having chicken and mozzarella wrapped in bacon mmmmmmm.
For those people missing chocolate what about the chocolate alpen light bars? you can have 2 a day as a healthy extra bYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

1. cook the rice in water (micro, pan or oven)
2. thoroughly drain off any surplus water and stir in a muller light - vanilla flavour would taste like 'standard' rice pud, but you could use any flavour for something different (toffee could be fun:p )
Thanks for that!! I am almost always on green and after dinner I crave something sweet and a yoghurt just does not do it sometimes. I will definately give this a go! Brilliant!:TYou can stand there and agonize........

Just had weigh in and lost another 2lb thats me down to 11 st 0 (the lightest ive been for around 6 years) I started at 13 st 3 way back in March. Ive got so much more energy and finally feel I CAN run after my 2 toddlers rather than watch from the sidelines. i hope to lose another stone by xmas but im not sure if that is too much, as i already feel like an imposter as I look so different. I shouldnt complain as thats why I wanted to lose weight in the first place.
Well done to all the losers this week and welldone to everyone for sticking to it. As someone mentioned the other day, it is for the long haul and a healthy change in eating habits but its an enjoyable one.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

That is a great loss nic - well done! :T :T
I am about 3lb away from my 'next stone', and that is my target for christmas - my journey has been slow, there is no rush - I will get there:D
Occasionally I feel like an imposter at class too, last week we had some new members, and they sat with me and said 'I don't see why you are here - you're slim' :rotfl: :rotfl: Of course I explained I had lost 1st 5 since April, and also 3 st before that, they agreed that they were in the right place  That said - it is nice to feel (fairly) slim, its a new feelingI probably have another 7-14lb to go, but as you say I feel so much better in myself already
