I hope you guys dont mind all my questions! :o

I had weetabix with yoghurt for breakfast this morning (count 2 x weetabix as a HEb) the yoghurt I dont think is free, its a tesco value low fat one, has about 100 calories in a pot, anyone know if these are free or if they any syns?

I really wish I had access to the website but I simply cant justify the cost of it at the moment

It looks like 1.5 syns for 100g - about a quarter of the bag, I used about a fifth of the bag tonight to make 2 meals so its not really significant.
But i was suprised that there were any syns in it, it must be the way it is manufactured, must be different to the Quorn (tastier too).
But its like that little bit of spread you put on your bread or the couple of sweets you nick off the kids or the half a fishfinger that makes its way into your mouth on the way to the bin - it all adds up.

I've used this mince too and actually preferred it to Quorn mince. We only got it as tesco substituted it during an online shop once. If its a lot cheaper than Quorn than I think its worth spending 1 syn on.

I'm coasting again on my diet. I need some inspiration. Can anyone help me? I'd LOVE to get to target for my 1 year anniversary of joining SW, but I've got 13 1/2 lbs to go, and only about 7 weeks!!

I know where you are coming from I have been in your position before.
What I would do is take an hour out and sit and read through your book again from front to back, get the latest magazine (or an old one) and read that through and sit and make a meal plan for the next week.
Do it like you did in the beginning, syn everything, things you now take for granted and ignore, weigh everything that needs weighing or measuring (i'm thinking Milk on HA).
Pick a day to start fresh, maybe Monday, and write everything down (if you bite it write it!). Up your water intake to as much as you can manage.
Try to fit some more excercise in that you normally do.
I bet you find you have a good weight loss, and do the same next weekend do another mealplan slightly different and you can alternate between them for the next few weeks until you get the boost you need.
Good luck and let us know how you go. :T

Sorry to hear you are feeling low, I have started to do things to distract me from snacking when I am down like putting "The Killers" CD on and dancing like a mad woman to "Mr Brightside".:D

That chicken and garlic pasta sounds lovely, I am a bit sick of tomato based pasta dishes so that sounds lovely, is it a SW recipe or one you have created yourself?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I sing and dance is the sure way to cheer yourself up...might do that during my cleaning this afternoon.:rotfl: :rotfl:

As for the pasta bake it is kinda my my own recipe. I use a chicken and mushroom pasta sauce but add more pasta, I boil this with just water, no milk or butter, as the packed says.

I then add a bit of chicken bovil as it boils down for 10 mins., then take it off the heat whilst I cook the chicken which i have coated in paprika and garlic granuals. I just fry it in a dry pan till cooked through. I put this with some sliced raw ,mushrooms in an oven dish and then pour over the pasta and mix it through. I top it with 28g of cheese and put it in the oven for 20 mins.

It is lovely served with a side salad. I have this on a green day of course with the chicken as a HEB.

If you try it let me know what ya think:cheesy:
