Judd, how about you set yourself a little challenge, each week buy one spice or herb etc and make a meal with it. Or you could choose a new vegetable and do the same challenge, like sweet potato etc. This way you could start off simple and get to try new foods and learn how to cook along the way.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

    Easy Syn Free Rice Pudding

    Free On Green
(If using skimmed milk as a HEa)

    Ingredients

    50g Pudding Rice
    30g Sweetener
    550 ml Skimmed Milk
*350ml is a HEa you could syn the remaining or add water to make up to 550ml if you dont want to use both your HEa
Good Pinch of Nutmeg (or to taste)

    Method

In to a pan empty the rice, sweetener and milk and a good pinch of nutmeg
Bring to the boil, stirring all the time ( this is important or it will stick)
When boiling, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed ( keep stiring often)
When you reach your desired consistency usually about 20 mins + serve and enjoy your rice pudding.

**can always add a vanilla mullerlight for the last 20-30 minutes or so to make it creamier.:)

Hmmm tis a thought , though as for buying I may as well buy a few in at a time - using 'em hmmmmm :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Tonight gonna do a chicken stir fry - gonna whack in some fresh garlic (lots of), some dried chilli flakes and some frozen mixed veg - may do a healthy b portion of ickle spuds - which I may just boil or may do as SW chips.
