I maintained this week .. i want another 3-4lbs off before i get to target (3st4lb) so far.

We had a stand in consultant tonight who was great and she ran me through the mix to match but i'm confused once i've come away about how your HEB fit in to it. It sounds like when you're having red for breakfast all your meat is free for example, green lunch free jacket pot & beans..

Are the HEB used if having with your other colour meal. So if I had bread on the red breakfast or Tuna with my jacket or is it extra to that like cheese on toast for supper?

Thanks for any help as im confuzzled :)

£1.35 for 3! They're going to be pricing themselves out at that rate! I won't be buying them when I go back to class then! 45p each

Hi, I do quite a few mix to max as my husband also follows the plan.

Here is an example of a mix to max day for me - Green Free Original Free HEB Free Food

Breakfast - Lean bacon, egg, mushrooms, quorn sausage 2 small slices of w/m bread
Lunch - Jacket Potato & Baked beans, side salad
Dinner - Risotto made with peas, courgettes, 142g Prawns

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with HEA of Milk
Lunch - Chicken & Ham Salad Sandwich with 2 small slices of w/m bread
Dinner - Pasta with homemade tomato sauce (Passata, onions, garlic)

I hope the above examples help. Eat plenty of super free food as snacks (i.e. fruit, FF yogurts)

Can I have a menu check for day 2 please?

Going for a red day tomorrow so -

Weatabix x 2 and skimmed milk (HEA)
    Muller light and banana

Gammon and free veg plus garden peas (HEB)

Chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with garlic and quark
SW chips (measured out as HEB)

Fruit for in between if necessary plus water and tea using milk left from HEA

More questions - never used quark before do I need to mix the garlic in before and leave it overnight or will it be okay to do tomorrow?

Can I have gasp - WW youghurts as I have 2 in the fridge!

    Thanks

scw - you have too many HEB's - Weetabix/peas/chips. You could have green beans instead of peas? or stirfry instead of chips? Quark is better if you can leave it overnight to gain the flavour of the garlic.

Thanks skint-catt looking back I can see that now.
Not going to have peas for dinner so it will just be gammon with free veg and an egg fried with fry light.
  • Hey guys, I am really happy to of found this thread. I used to go to a slimming world class and lost alot of weight on it (7st!) and got to my target but I moved a year and a half ago and stopped going to a group, mostly because I didn't know anyone and didn't want to go on my own. I put on 4 and a half stone since and got miserable so started the slimming world eating plan again. I hope I am doing well, i started it on sunday, so am hoping to have lost atleast 2lbs by this sunday, would be a nice start :D
Been eating like a horse (but all the right stuff!) and I feel so much better in myself, i have alot more energy :j
It's nice to see some support as not going to group that's what I'm missing, and you all sound like you are doing well so A BIG WELL DONE TO EVERYONE!!!:T
