  • Wow! Whole family have just eaten the rainbow pasta (mentioned earlier, from july mag) - really easy, *very* filling and very yummy (oh, and free on green :D)

I hope it heats up again, as we couldn't finish it all (never thought I'd get to the day I would say that :rotfl: )

Baguette mustn't weigh more than 57gms to count as one HEB of course.

Well done on the weight loss, but you really ought to only get weighed once a week or you won't get a true reflection on how you're doing.

She is, Consultant - she joined SW last Thursday but didn't start the plan until earlier this week - hence the short days ;)

Steph, the other thing you could have for brekkie is a Hi-Fi bar - availble only from your class they are all one HEb each. You get 3 x £1 and I MISS THEM!!!! :rotfl:

Hey all, I have lost another 1lb so far this week and I feel brilliant. I'm following the plan at home and am finding it really easy. I made a gorgeous vegetable soup for lunch today that was totally free and so easy to make.

I feel quite bouncy and full of energy at the moment, I'm guessing this is due to my change of diet and the lbs slowly coming off, either way it's brilliant!

The soup thing was simple, just two cans of tomatoes, a stick of celery chopped up, a chopped up red pepper and some onion, I chucked it all in a pan with a couple of quorn sausages and salt and pepper then simmered it for a hour! oh I also chucked in a spoonful of marmite to liven it up.

  • The rainbow pasta was really easy too - serves 4 - cook 400g pasta (I used macaroni), mix with 200g peas, 200g sweetcorn, chopped red and yellow peppers, I also added a little chopped leek and a clove of garlic.

In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs, mix with 320g lf yog (I mixed eat naturally garlic and herb smooth cottage cheese and yog instead) and HA cheddar per person (I made the above quantity, but only for 3 ppl, so just added 3x 28g, but if you are making it for 4, you could add 4x28g.)

Cover the pasta with the yog mix and bake for 15 - 20 mins at 220 deg
  • Just made homemade proper carbonara (with eggs, no cream, bit of bacon and parmesan as Healthy Extra A) and it was gorgeous! Boyf even asked 'how many syns is this?!!'. He was stunned when I said none! :)
