    Hiya,

So far so good today. Am looking forward to my pasta and sauce and salad for dinner. Ate my weatabix this morning and had to force it down tbh as I am not a breakfast person but first good step and all that. I have my pedometer on and am trying to do my 10,000 steps at least.

I suppose I should mention the horrid truth of my weight - I weighed in last night at a massive 20stone 3lb. That means since I got married in October 05 I hve put on 6 stone 3lb. Disgusting.

Can you give me some suggestions of what you are eating for you main meals on red and green days. I cant think!

Will have a look back through the thread now and see whats there as well.

    Cheers and good luck everyone

Where do you get chicken Bovtil from? I can never find it??

I shop at tesco....does it live on the OXO shelf?? As that is where I look?

I usually pick it up in Sainsburys :)

Last night I made quorn chilli con carne (actually used asda meat free mince, much better texture IMO)

I used a schwartz packet mix which was 5.5 syns but shared between the family. Added in a tin of kidney beans....loads of rice. Heap was left over, so I have just eaten it for lunch.

Tonight I am having SW chips, beans, egg and a 85g gammon steak (HEB) :)

You have inspired me for tomorrow night's dinner :D

I often have poppodums instead of naan/pittas as they are usually only 2 syns.

    :)

Well done on your lose...you made a great start. x

    I love these on Green

Steak (weigh it and use HEB and sin the rest) with slimming world chips and peas.

Quorn Chilli (toms, passata, chilli, garlic and Kidney beans, quorn and slug of red wine that I measure and sin (usually 4 1/2)...and a 2tsp of honey at the end (2 sins). Sometimes chuck in a tin of beans and lentils too). So a huge pan for 6 sins.....so I count one sin per portion...and have lots of boiled rice with it.

    Egg and Chips.....slimming world ones.

If I am starving I have been known to have Jacket Pot with Pasta and sauce on top...this is really filling, as it Jacket potatoes with Cheese (HEA) and bans.

Don't do many red, but love Salmon , new pots(HEB) and veg.

Lots of steak with small Jacket pot (HEB) and salad
Mixed grill....steak, gamon, chicken with fry lite Mushrooms and egg.

Ohhh I am hungry now off to get my lunch xx
