Hi Steph,
Right. Red day. You can have bacon, sausage and egg for tea? Chicken/lamb chop/steak with leeks/cabbage/green beans/stirfry (bamboo shoots/water chestnuts etc) Beef curry (without the rice?)
I'm afraid I'm stuck now!
You've used both your HEB's on bread, so you can't have potato's. Hmmm. it's difficult!
Fat free yoghurt or fruit for snacks? Have you synned the spread on your sandwich/toast? How many syns do you have left?

Steph 3 boiled potatoes is only 1 syn on red if you want a couple with loads of meat. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

course you can have sw chips
you could have the gammon as a b choice on a green day and have unlimited chips, or, you could have loads of gammon on a red day and use your b choice as chips, but you MUST keeo the skin on the potato for chips on a red day

or cook the gammon and chop it up - using it in an omelette! :j
Yes if you syn the potato's and leave the skin on you can have chips - its why I was asking how many syns you had left but I didn't put it very well!0 -

Just to clarify - (iluvSW may not have seen your menu today) - you have used both B's today, so no chips tonight unless you syn them.
If you use old potatoes, skin on, 227g = 6 syns which isn't too bad really.
It really is worthwhile planning your days in *advance* - I start with dinner and work backwards, that way I don't use up my B's before tea if I need themHow about trying to plan for tomorrow now - we can help if you fancy
Catt gave you some fun ideas - gammon and eggs - great start.0 -
Why not try some green Steph - you're not eating that much meat anyway, so dinner would be a lot easier. We must wean you off so much bread though! :rotfl:0

Hi All
Just popped on to catch up on your posts, attended a course today, but was very good and had the tomato and olive pasta option and salad, so was very happy with myself.
I also resisted the biscuits with coffee mornign and afternoon and the cheese cake for dessert.
My partner (who is also on SW) has made some potato crisps and a balsamic onion dip and i am reallly enjoying em.
hope everyone else is doing well
