Had my second weigh in tonight and this week I have managed to loose 2lbs:j which is much better than the half pound last week.
Could have something to do with me acutally weighing food instead of just guessing:oBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I'm almost at my goal weight of a 3 and 1/2 stone loss and I'm trying to add in a few original days a week (as i've stuck to green).. and I'm finding that I'm not eating much meat when I'm doing green days and tend to be using my HEB for my weetabix and bread.
Is it ok to use your HEB on the cereal and bread category quite often?0 -
Well done angie and louise on your weight losses! good luck ladybird0

i missed class tonight and therefore the pw  can anyone pm me please - its been a bad few weeks (one stay the same and 2 gains) and if I had gone tonight it would have been another gain! so from when my head touches the pillow tonight, I am going to be 100% good until I weigh in next tuesday and eat lots of free food and be a complete :A0

It is fine - just do what works for you. If you are not eating much meat (as you wouldn't if you were vegi of course) you might want to up your protien slightly - using your cheese A choice and ensuring eggs in your diet (assuming you an eat them....)
The cereal and bread add fibre so are very healthy
By the way - FANTASTIC weight loss so far!! You must be feeling great!0 -
Well done on your 2lb Louise  good luck ladybird0
