Hi I'm new to this thread, I've been doing SW now for 13 weeks and have managed to lose a stone so far down from 15st 4lbs to 14st 4lbs although i'm doing ok i am starting to sturggle a bit now, as I haven't managed to stay to class very often.
I have a 2 1/2 year old and also a 4 month old baby and the only local class is a 6.30pm which is a busy time re kids bedtimes etc. (and my dh can't seem to get them both in bed on his own:rolleyes: ) , and because of this i'm missing out on the support and inspiration from other members, so i though this would give me the best of both worlds.
Looking foward to getting to know you all soon.Grocery Challenge Feb 14 £500 / Spent £572.10!
March 14 £500 / spent £488.45 :j0 -

Hey thanks all...
I have a good mix of red and green days this week which has helped me get back on track after a gain last week. I am also doing it with my partner who has lost 1st 5lb in 5 weeks.
Really helps having his support on days when i am struggling and visa versa

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone and congrats on the losses.
Thanks for the info regarding shopping list as well. Will do a small shop tomorrow with the essentials you have put down and then after the meeting can go and pick up anything else I think off.
Does Low fat cheese spread (like philly light) is that syn free or not? (I like to make chicken stuffed with philly light and wrapped in parma ham or low fat bacon).
