Tiger bread has to be synned per ounce like other white bread i believe so about 3.5 syns per 28grms, it is quite heavy bread too so you wont get much in 28grms.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0

ive had a bad week, i bought 5 100grm bars of chocolate to make my chocolate vodka for christmas and over the week i have eaten them all, im so dissapointed with myself for being so week. i am expecting a gain on tuesday and wont be suprised if i get it but i will be upset as i set myself a mini target of 1.5lb to get my stone and a half award.
its hard to explain just how bad i feel about myself, i should say it has made me more determined to rectify it but at this moment i see myself doing that, i will have to tell them all at group how im feeling.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
Well I got weighed this morning and wow did I get a shock. Looks like I have got alot of work to do to get rid of all those lbs. Is there anyone else who is trying to follow the SW diet without going to club or doing it online. I would love to do either but just haven't got the money at moment.
Oh and thanks to everyone who answered my question about the sausages yesterday. Me thinks I will be eating some tonight.

Hi Katie, im also doing it at home, as i also cant afford to go back to class, although I found it easier when I went and stayed for image therapy, but i think it is possible to do it at home, I use the website and SW mags, when you get into it, it is easier to convert regular recipes to SW friendly. This thread has been great also for tips and support. good luck
ps I have pm'd you.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Northernlass, don't beat yourself up too much hun, we all have bad days and bad weeks, and you have spread them out over the week, I'd have been more likely to eat em all in one go lol. The good thing is you realise that you shouldn't have done it and now your going to work hard to undo it and get back on track. It's a brand new week.....You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Thanks Nic 2075 for the pm. I am pretty sure I will get the hang of it and have all my old books still from ages ago so I will give it my best shot.April GC 9th-7th may £0/£3200

Maybe I can make you feel better. I have really fallen heavily off the wagon. Today I have eaten 3 yes 3 big bags of maltesers in addition to some carrot cake at a friends and I feel really bad about myself and out of control to boot. My reason :rolleyes: is stress over something to do with British Gas!!! Hops back onto wagon. This weather doesn't help either!!!!!!Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

I have just gone and got unnecessarily excited in a supermarket
Quite a while back I saw a product advertised in the SW magazine - a *smooth* cottage cheese made by 'Eat Honestly' I have been looking in all my supermarkets - Tesco, Waitrose and Aldi (wasn't holding out hope there!) and haven't been able to find it.....until today :j Not only that, but there was a stack of them reduced to 50p :j So I got one of each flavour
They are yummy and all completely FREE (of syns)!!!!
Personal fave is the plain one, it is creamy - just like phili - but with far more flavour than quark - I have just had some as a dip with carrot (for comparison purposes you understand...) The garlic and herb one was also very tasty, but I probably will stick to the plain one and flavour it myself if I need to :cool: I think they should normally cost the same as (branded) phili
Guess what I'm having on my baked spud for lunch tomorrow0 -
So Angie where did you get it in the end - apologises if I missed something?? It sounds worth hunting down.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01
