Thanks those who replied my mood was really lifted when i read the messages:j .....just got back from my evening uni session and my partner had cooked my SW chips and fry-light egg, so feeling full and better about myself.

Looking forward to my Garlic Quark stuffed chicken breast, wrapped in bacon. I take it you just mix chopped garlic in the quark and stuff it. I have some smoked garlic so might use that. Thanks for the suggestion:beer: ....i was at a loss, but now am looking forward to coming home and cooking tommorrow after work.

I am finding this forum a real help and it is nice to have somewhere to chat about it rather than bothering my collegues and mates.

Thanks and I hope everyone has a good friday
    xx

Glad you're feeling good nano! Enjoy your chicken - its one of my fave red meals though I don't/didn't do them very often! Been looking forward to my Quorn meatballs and spaghetti for days but it was spoilt when OH walked in the door in a strop - an argument ensued before he'd even been in 5 mins. Didn't enjoy dinner at all :(

Sorry about the argument Skint :grouphug: I cant enjoy a meal when I am upset either.

Different with chocolate though, I remember having a row with OH and found myself reaching for a chocolate biscuit. I started to eat it, stormed in to where OH was and shouted "See! Now look what you have made me do"!:rotfl:

Hope you both make it up soon xx

LOL @ Louise. Loving the choccie bikkie story! Don't even have anything that good in the house otherwise I would have done something similar! We've kinda made it up already but I'm sick of being alone - I work on reception all day on my own and then come in and I might aswell be alone as he is currently studying from the moment he gets in until 11ish. We barely have a conversation anymore though I know its only (the studying) for another 11 days.

I appreciate that he is studying but you also need couple time too I think he needs to plan some time in for the both of you. It is very important xxx

Quark is a very low fat soft cheese - its a free food on SW. Welcome to the thread and to SW. Ask if you have any questions - nothings too daft!

Louise, we have time planned at the weekend so I'll just have to wait for that :( otherwise I'm classed as unsupportive and selfish.

  • Niceday, you SHOULD NOT be hungry when doing slimming world! If you are filling up on free foods, you will not be hungry. Have some fruit, a muller lite, some carrot sticks. There is plenty you could snack on which is FREE FOOD.
Tomorrow (well probably today by the time you read this, unless you work nights too!) is another day, make a fresh start and stick to the plan. If you still are struggling to loose, do the "speed food challenge", whereby you eat 5 different speed foods in a day. Ie on green you could have baked beans for breakfast, fruit for mid morning snack, tuna salad (hb) for lunch, chicken(hb) and stir fry veggies for tea. You can still have all the usual free food, so could have quorn sausage with your beans and noodles with your chicken stir fry for tea. Dead easy, and you will loose. BUT ONLY IF YOU STICK TO THE PLAN!!!
