Thanks again...I am glad i am not the only one who has problems.
I have not thought of taking curry etc to warm up I have a microwave kettle and a small hob. I might make extra curry in the week.
I normally fill up cous cous or pasta. I am not a big bread fan and am also allergic to fish and shellfish.

I always try to have a red/green neuteral lunch, so that at dinner time I can please myself and dont have to stick to green or red. I usually have:
Ryvita Minis (1HB) with cottage cheese and a muller light and fruit,
Mug shots with 2 ryvita sesame (1HB) to dip in! mullerlight and fruit,
Heinz winter veg broth 400g (1HB) and muller light.
Ryvita sesame (HB) with extra light lauging cow triangles (from HA).
Very boring but easy to prepare at work and I can keep a stash of soup / ryvita at work and if im dead busy iv always got something in my filing cabinet for lunch. You can stand there and agonize........

I used to do that until I realised with Mix 2 Match you don't have to so I don't do that any more
