Hi guys am new to this site but just spotted this thread and thought would say hi as been at SW since Jan this year and its a great diet.
I'm not sure whether this has been put up before on here but I really didn't fancy going through 300 and odd pages to check.
If your feeling peckish and want something naughty but don't wanna use up precious syns then one thing that I do is crisps made from lasagne sheets - they not good as a snack every night as you eat a lot more in crisp form than you ever would in a lasagne but they technically free crisps on a green day.
1)Boil the lasagne sheets for a couple of mins until they go slightly softer then remove from the pan and cut in to whatever shape crisps you fancy (i do squares cause you dont really need to do much work for that)
2)spray a baking tray with the lovely fry light and place the pasta crisps on then spray again with the fry light - at this point you can add a flavour such as salt and pepper, chilli, I use paprika most of the time - put in for roughly 5 mins then turn and put some more flavouring on and put back in oven till golden.
3) I like to add my healthy extra A of cheese on the top and pop them under the grill for a min or so, then its like nachoshope it helps some of you
Hey has anyone else tried these? they sound interesting I might given em a go.:j:j 2st 8 1/2lb loss in 15 weeks:j :j0 -
As I said in reply when it was posted, under SW rules these are technically a misuse of 'free' foods.
Some people have been told in class about them, make them and still lose weight - each to their own, but they are not part of the SW plan. Consultant31 might be able to give more information.

Thanks Skint_catt I had heard that they might not be free.. thanks for the advice.....
Anyone got ideas for pack lunches on Red days??

Do you have access to a microwave or anything at lunch?
Egg/Prawn/Chicken salad box? The breakfast quiche (receipe on here somewhere!) Salad sandwich with meat of your choice?
I always struggled with red packed lunches! Easier if you have a microwave as you can take leftover beef curry/casserole/stew/quorn or beef chilli (minus the kidney beans) etc!
