Thanks
If you follow Judderman's google link that is the sweet and sour recipe that I made out of my Slimming World recipe book and it really is nice and tasty!0 -
Hi niceday
I weigh in at 6pm Tuesday, so I have a good run at loosing the (probable 2+ lb) weight I drank on holiday!
I am having a red day today, but am reeeeealy increasing my veg and water, and whilst having meat/fish, I am not going mad - this excess weight has to shift!!
B - strawberries (SF) and 0% greek yog (0syns) and sweetener. Tea using milk from HA
L - 225g (Weighed!!) Jacket potato HB with tuna, 2tbsp sweetcorn (1.5 syns) and 1tbsp extra light mayo (1 syns). BIG salad - lettuce, cucumber, celery and tomato, fat free dressing (alll SF). Apple (SF).
D - Chicken stir fry - one chicken thigh (F) stir fried with shredded cabbage, broc, mange tout, baby sweetcorn, carrot, pepper, leeks (all super free) in a free sauce (posted before) - soy/ginger/chilli/nampla/sweetner/oyster sauce..
Will have a Gin and slimline tonic (2.5 syns) this evening and am due another HB at some point.....
Syns total - 5
Water so far - 500ml this morning, 250ml fizzy with lunch, 500ml before DD's tea. Have just finished the third bottle now. So another large glass with dinner and I have had my 2L!0 -
dunky_c - great to see you and welcome - however your lasagne 'crisps' are a misuse of free foods under the SW rules. Some people do do it and still lose, but technically its a no-no. Sorry!
Depressed today - I hate going to my FIL's - as much as I love him! Whole milk, only toast (real butter ) and Special K for breakfast then sausage sandwiches (£4.50 for 6 - pork, leek and ginger) as nice as they were felt high in syns and more bread!   Whole milk in three cups of tea too (nowt else to drink) I usually take supplies but feel cheeky using mine and not his but I was in a rush last night and didn't take anything

Asda Good For You Cottage Cheese is free, as are the equivalents at Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons.
Not all of them are free, though the ones that aren't are very low syn!
Blue Dreagon dipping sauces: several different chilli ones between 1 and 1½ syns per tablespoonI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Phew - my favourite one's free! you had me worried Consultant! :rotfl:

Exciting news about a new plan for the new year - will this be an alternative (like mix2max etc) or will it be a restructuring of the main plan I wonder
It will be another plan (in the same way as the SE and M2M) but better :j
Sorry about that Skint Catt - the only one in the old book that's not actually free is the pineapple, but there may well be new ones not in my book (2007)I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Now I know you can't say anything or you'll have to kill us, but is it worth getting excited about if you are veggie? Obviously due to that I have never tried M2M or SE. I don't want to think there might be choice for me in plans if it turns out I am still a green days person.I saw two shooting stars last night

SW jacket chips are now my favourite food of all time :j but on occasions they turn out perfect and other occasions not so perfect!
so which potato do you find makes the perfect jacket chip? I tend to use the maris piper potatoes but at £1.98 for a 2.5 kg bag, this is pricey compared with the bag of market value white potatoes you can now get from Mr T for £0.78 !
Ive bought a bag of each this week and mixed them up to see if I notice any difference but Im preparing my order for next week and not sure what to pick! and whether to try charlotte potatoes which Im sure someone mentioned on here.0
