    Can anyone help with this...
57g of any wholemeal bread (except pitta) is a B option BUT does that include wholemeal rolls too? I have a pack of Morrisons rolls and I really, REALLY want one. They work out to be 5.5 syns but as I'm having stew tonight I want to save my syns for the gravy (and maybe just 1 small dumpling :))

    Any advice??

    :o Hey all

Hope everyone is having a good day, I am having a red day making turkey and paprika burgers for dinner tonight with some HEB new potatoe chips.

I have been trying to be good this week but with working as a teacher and it being half term I am more tempted to nibble during the day.

Does anyone have any good ideas for packed lunche son red days? I find green days easy to eat lunch on as i can have pasta and cous cous etc.

    Any help would be fab.

Also Aldi have has new potatoes at 39p for the last 3 weeks they make great chips sprayed with some fry light and bungged in the oven.

;) I am using Halloween as an oppurtunity to get rid of any chocolate and sweets we have around the house.
The last one left with 4 chocolate bars and some crisps!

    Well done you brilliant losers :T :T :T .
My turn too today lost 3lb, really pleased.

I just sat down to have Cottage cheese and ryvita minis for lunch and I bought the Asda GFY Red Pepper cottage cheese - thinking it would be better than the pineapple one (which is 3 sys per tub) and its not listed on SW site , so I calculated the syns (whilst eating it):o and it told me it was 13 syns per tub!!! I have just put the lid back on i'm not wasting 13 synson cottage cheese i could have a bar of chocolate for that!!!:EasterBun

What does it say about fat on the cottage cheese tub? If it says very low fat or virtually fat free, I can't see that it would have many syns at all, though I admit to never having seen it.

Can anyone tell me the 'mousse' receipe with SF jelly and mullerlights please????

    Ta

One sugar-free jelly (2 syns) made up with half the amount of water. Add a Mullerlight (similar flavour to jelly) or a large tub of 0% Greek Yoghurt (which I actually prefer). Whizz together until it becomes frothy and almost doubles in volume. Leave to set and eat! :D
