    Hi Everyone,

Just wondering, the packs you get given at your first class, do you have to take them along every week?

When I went last week I got weighed & my consultant wrote down my weight on one of the sheets from my pack & kept it, so I'm guessing that stays with her so I don't need to take anything with me each week?

Hope that makes sense lol, just that not much was explained so not sure what happens, also my consultant didn't talk to me about a target weight or anything, not sure if a target weight is meant to be noted down? It was a bit hectic because she was being interviewed by ITV so hopefully things will be a bit clearer after my next class

You need to take your book with you - the one that tells you whats free/Heb - it has a chart in the back where your weight is recorded - this is your record, though the weigh-in lady will fill this in for you aswell as the sheet that the consultant keeps.

You also don't have to set a target if you don't want to - or you can set an interim target to aim for. I set mine because I knew how much outside my weight range I was, but when/if I get there I may readjust up or down!

Good luck. They're worth the wait - mine take nearly two hours to cook (dodgy rental house cooker and cheap white potato's!) :rotfl:

Well I am attempting to make a vegetable chilli with quorn...........it looks a bit dodgy:rotfl:

I have basically bunged onions, tomatoes, vegetable stock, tomato puree chilli beans quorn mince and some chilli powder in a pan and swiched it on..........fingers crossed:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

It sounds good to me Louise! My OH prefers chilli with quorn now instead of beef version! We always double the quantity and freeze half - and it always comes out of the freezer more potent! :rotfl: Good thing we love it hot!

:j The Quorn Chilli was LUSH:D Have loads left to so I think that I will take some for lunch with me to work tomorrow.

I feel so full now........off to have a nice soak in the bath as a treat, might even light some candles (I am trying to re-train my brain to see other things as treats instead of food:rolleyes: );)

    Hi Louise,
