Rather depends if you are after red or green day ideas.

If it was a green day, I would use an HB (or two if you have them) of the beef, mix with finely chopped onion, maybe some herbs and shape into either a burger (serve with lots of SW chips and peas) or meatballs (serve in a tomato sauce with piles of spagetti with an HA of cheese on top!)

If you have lots to use, and you are fancying a red day, you could make into a cottage pie using either a B (or 2) of potatoes for the topping (If you thinly slice them rather than mash it goes further) or using other veg for a mashed topping (carrot, swede, celeriac, squash etc)

I'm not going far - SW is still ingrained in me and although I'll only be having one meal a day it will still be green or red! :rotfl: :rotfl:

I don't think I could keep SF up long term which is why I've set the 7 weeks to Christmas. I hope to lose 1 stone by then, & in the New Year I will definately be back on Slimming World. :j (It's only day one and I was dreaming about a big bowl of pasta for lunch earlier........:o :rotfl: )

I had my 1st weigh in last week, I was sooo confused at first but I'm already feeling more confident with it & I've been doing it under a week. I've had some good tips from people on here which has helped too

i wonder if one of you kind slimming worlders could help me

aldi do a yoghurt called optifit with whole grains and they are in the free branded book for 2008-09, free on both red and green days

i have been told that this may change and head office are going to make them syned, to the point of 7?!?!?!

theyre a 250g pot and carry about 180calories

is there a way i could find out if this info is goin to be changed?

i do go to a meeting and i have asked my leader and she said they are free, and ive sent a private message to consultant31 too

any other suggestions?

Thats bad news!!:eek: I was gonna stock up on these now the muller offer is finished at Asda. They are free at the minute, maybe try putting their values in the syn calculator online nd see what you get . Gutted .:(

:eek: :eek: :eek: What makes you think they might be changed? They certainly **are** zero syns at the moment (and I often have one for breakfast) - 7 syns (or any for tht matter) would probably stop me eating them -I'm just not a fan of muller lights, and these were really nice

I have just discovered the yummy Aldi Optifit yogurts so will be miffed if they decide to syn them!

I have had a strange day. Wanted beans for lunch but didnt realise I had eaten all my supplies I have at work so had to have cous cous instead. Sabotaged my plans by having a chocolate cookie (well one of the girls at work has just got engaged:j so it would have been rude not to celebrate with her ) plus a treat size curly wurly (4 syns?) means I have gone way over my syns.

Tea involved a trip to M&S where I walked past the pudding aisle with my head held high and didnt get tempted:j. Bought two scottish steak pies for my OH but little voice in my head on the way home saying "one little pie and mccain chips wont hurt - and be easier than cooking two separate meals) well I am very pleased to report I resisted the naughty option despite feeling very tired, having had a stressful day at work and having a stinking headache. The following might sound an odd combination but it did taste ok. (i promise)

2 quorn peppered steaks
sweetcorn
baby potatoes cooked as jackets then slung in the oven, sprinkled with chili flakes, cumin and paprika. served with greek 0% yogurt and blue dragon HOT sweet chilli sauce. (thank you to whoever brought the hot sweet chilli sauce to my attention )

Pudding was 2 slices of nimble wholemeal bread cooked with 250g pot of quark and 4 eggs, (all mixed up with nutmug and cinnamon) and 55g sultanas. I cut it into six squares and so far Ive eaten one square. Would make it again but would probably add some canderel as was not sweet enough. You could serve it with a mullerlight custard yogurt so provided you had the bread as a HEB, you would only have to syn the sultanas.
