Chaos Theory - there's something wrong if you both think you're on a 'diet' (and he thinks its restrictive ) SW is a healthy eating plan FOR LIFE. No-one can keep up a restrictive diet for life!

There's nothing you can't have on SW - inc the synned noodles/quorn burgers! Have a quorn burger for dinner on a green day in a wholemeal bun (HEb) with lettuce, tomato and cheese (Hea) and LOADS of SW chips.:confused:

I tend to eat as free as possible at every meal - so that I CAN incorporate these syns when they pop up! I'm certainly not restricted (except for alcohol but thats no bad thing!)

    Hi all!
I've had a really good week, SW wise anyway, I had WI last night and lost 2lbs this week ( I haven't lost 2 for ages, it seemed to be 1 or 1.5 max if I was lucky). Anyway that took me to my 3.5 stone award, with an extra half pound thrown in for good measure:j. Oh and I was Slimmer of the week too. Ironically I was not so 'fanatical' about it all this week, with my eating being a bit 'relaxed' IYSWIM because of other stuff that was going on and it seems to have had a positive effect, obviously it pays to not be TOO regimented etc.
Also this week I discovered that I can now get my rings back on the fingers that I used to wear them on ie: not on my pinkies anymore. Ooooo and also I had a trying on session from my wardrobe and found that quite a few things that I thought were still too small now fit me again. I feel really good too and am a real happy bunny, but you'd probably guessed that:rotfl:. Keep going everybody, as somebody said earlier, if I can do this anyone can.

:rotfl: Easy! Not all at once !!:rotfl:

Seriously though, I have a sports cap 500ml bottle. I aim to drink one bottle before lunch. One bottle before DD's tea (about 4.30/5pm), and a third bottle before bed. If I go out, it comes with me.

I then have a 250ml glass of chilled or fizzy water with lunch and again at dinner (it makes the wine go further  )

    .... making 2L!

I drink 1 litre at my desk between 9am and 1pm, then another 750ml bottle between 2pm and 5pm. I drink other stuff in the evenings (diet pop, tea etc) but its about as much water as I can take. Easy when its in a sports bottle - just regular sips!

Yes thats the one! A tip from the Old Style thread as we always end up with brown bananas! I've only ever had one tiny slice of my banana cake and I must have made in excess of 10 or more. They usually go to OH's work, OH's dad, my work, my mum and dad in that order!
