am totally gobsmacked as from Last Thurs to Sat was bad (Sat had 14 inch pizza and 4 do-nuts :eek:) but then have been 100% good since then - so pelased as previous six weeks had 3 good weeks - lost 5.5 followed by 3 bad weeks - gained all 5.5 back again - so great to loose all that 5,5 again :j:jHate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing

i tried to stick to it even tho i had a few blips along the way.....
well done to everyone else tho.....and i appreciate your support esp angie and eric.....
stya with it - I am the sort of person who in thepast when I made half assed attempts (and they really were) to loose weight they tended to last anything form one day to 2.5 days at most - laughable int he extreme - now I am .5 away from a stone lost since started going to Sw and I lost 1 and a half stone before I started going - so that's as near as makes little diff 2 and a half stone in about 5/6 months - and I know folk always say this but it is really true in my case - if I can do it so ccan you, so can anyone - once you get your head round it and just regin in the discipline - you will loose.
go for it :beer:Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing

I was thinking of you earlier this evening as I knew you were weighing today - I am so glad you have come back, and are going to keep trying <big hugs> :T Hopefully it will make you even more determined to lose and 'scare those scales' next week
What is your plan of 'action' for the next week? I hope that your consultant has shown you how to mix the plan around a bit, using red and green days to suit 'what you fancy' - based on what you said last week, I do think that the green plan would suit you - not necessarily every day, but as part of your week.
I sincerely hope that you have a great week - I will be off in Spain trying not to undo all of my good work so far - its gonna be tough - but I will try (at least some of the time  )0 -

Lost 1lb at WI yesterday. I know I can do better, but I've been really resentful for the last 2 months. I keep seeing colleagues and family eating whatever they want, whenever they want, whilst I have baked potato and cottage cheese almost every day and can't remember what pastry tastes like! I have stuck to the plan for each meal, but have helped myself to handfuls of sweets and a few pringles a couple of times during the week.
Huge argument with himself just before WI. He went to supermarket to get milk, yogurts and bread, but arrived back with loads of crap as well (need to update GC thread as well!). He thinks I have a restrictive diet and am not adventurous enough...Here's a clue......I'M ON A SODDING DIET! He bought 3 Uncle Ben's rice packets (5 syns), Quorn southern fried burgers (2.5 syns each. Not too bad, but I save my syns and wouldn't dream of wasting 5 just on a meal!) and 4 non low fat supernoodles (god knows how many syns)....So not only do I now have to struggle with my resentfulness, but added to that is a load of food in the cupboard I can't have and he doesn't like. This is the man that can't afford to pay all his credit cards minimum amounts, but can buy crap we don't need from a supermarket. Well done... I'm still fuming!I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -
Last night I kept dreaming about cakes and caramel shortcake! I woke up in the mood for baking but not sure if any of the cakes/cheesecake recipes on the website are any good, anyone tried them?
today Im having a green day -
Brekkie - 2x WW white danish (HEB) 2x Poached eggs (f)
snack - Shape lasting Satisfaction yoghurt (I lurve these)
Lunch - A great big plate of Baked potato, beans and a mushroom and wine pasta n sauce. (shared with oh)
Dinner - Roast butternut squash risotto using parmesan from HEA, rocket side salad, slice of crusty bread (HEB)
Im saving my syns for tomorrow night pud which is a Lemon Soufle from M&S (11syns):santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
