I think the second one - its a baby thing IIRC. Could be wrong, but men tend to make stronger, better athletes, where as we get better 'middle age spread' and 'childbearing' hips!

    hey there,
Had week or so 'off plan' - not binging or going mad, just not keeping track too much - I 've just been a bit snowed under by life.
STILL waiting for my SW mag to be delivered! How long have you all had it?

Beachbeth - the new SW magazine comes out commercially today according to my SW calendar! I picked mine up at class 10 days ago - benefits of paying £4.50 a week I suppose!

Weigh in last night and I'm finally off the starting line with a loss of 1.5 pounds. I lost nothing the first week... With the amount of weight I need to lose this is poor. The consultant said I wasn't having enough green days (in fact I wasn't having any) so the idea this week is to have at least 2 greens in the hope that the fibre will...ahem... work it's magic:rotfl:
I had a neutral day yeasterday so I decided to go green in the evening with a bowl of pasta... ewww.... if I never saw pasta again in my life I wouldn't miss it... So...
    Green day today...
Made a potato salad for lunch with 2 tablespoons of low fat mayo and boiled eggs with lots of black pepper (4 syns - I think, will double check)
Tonight will be Morrisons sausage (3 syns each x 3) a large heap of mash with maybe a bit of yoghurt in it to make it creamy, lots of onions and some baked beans. I was gonna go with gravy but that will have to depend on the syns in the mayo.

Breakfast was a ton of grapes.
I may just take my HA by drinking my milk allowance today.
Not too sure how I'm gonna use up my HB choices.... I may have a big big bowl of cereal tonight and rather than drink the milk have it on that.

As for the slimmer of the week... well in my class last night it was shared between 2 members.... fortunately for them they were brothers!

Thanks for that. I popped in a local paper shop this morning and they still had the old one. I'll look in my supermarket later in the day and see if they have it. Do you get a SW calendar free with the magazine or did you buy it?
