My newsagents are still selling last month's mag!I don't know when the new one will be in?
Not having a good week - time of the month - so my eating plan goes to pot. I have enough to deal with having the pains and my brain turning to cotton wool without sticking to the plan too. Be back on track tomorrow though so need to plan some recipes to get going.0 -
Is there a kind person who can pm me the latest password?0

I am sure tonight will go well lovelyladybird, Hopefully you will find your consultant and other memebrs of your group really welcoming
Also - Don't worry what the scales saytonight - they probably won't agree with your scales at home, but at least you know where you are starting from - it might be a shock, but at least you know you can lose it!
You will still need a tenner - 5 to join, 5 for tonights class - but at least it isn't 15!!
Have fun tonight!0 -

It occured to me after class last night about slimmer of the week. We had about 5 new members join the other week, one of which is a lovely chap.
In his first week he lost 13.5 pounds and in his second week 4.5 pounds. This week he was SOW. now what occured to me was that perhaps SOW should be awarded to the highest losing female and highest losing male following usual criteria - i.e. must have stayed to class the previous week, lost or maintained etc.
Im not actually fussed about the fruit - I just want to get my grubby little paws on the sticker and the certificate but feel that for the females amongst us, if we have a chap at our class, our chances of getting SOW are diminshed so giving it as above is I think fairer.
what do other members think?0 -
thanks angie
you was right the consultant and the group were very friendly so i had nothing to worry about:D
so new day tomorrow feeling more positive now
this is going to be the new beginning of my journey to a fitter more positive me.

Flat Eric - maybe suggest it to your consultant? We have quite a few blokes in our class and when I used to stay they always got SOW week after week. NOT FAIR!
Anyway, thought I'd just pop in. Don't feel like talkingbut food-wise everythings going pretty good

Why is this? Are men better at dieting? Are women's bodies better geared up to holding on to fat?0
