For starter I completely ignored the instructions in the mag :rotfl:.

I just put them straight on a pre heated oven try without the baking parchment that the mag suggests. I also sprayed them with frylite and tossed them in the pot before putting them on the tray, so they were all coated, then I added salt, pepper and turned the oven up full whack. I also kept turning them, the mag doesnt tell you to do this  anyway they were all brown and verrry tasty, the kids especially loved them.

When I'm feeling lazy and on my own, I don't par boil mine I par... uh... microwave them. And actually, I can't tell the difference. You just have to watch you don't micro them to death  Also use a really well-used baking tray to get them crisp - brand spanking new trays just don't cut it.

Does anyone have the syn value for a Whispa... am feeling like syning after WI and forget to get the website password... again.

I lost another three and a half pounds this week. Only seven people turned up to my group, it gets quieter every week.

I have now got my ten club award and also my 2 stone award (lost 2 stone 1 and a half pounds in all). That's since 6th September this year. And I'm really enjoying what I eat.

I stick to the plan pretty much rigidly, I find it works for me brilliantly.

    WELL DONE :T:T

Thats a fab loss in total. Its ashame your class is so small, Im trying to find a new one and was hoping it was like my last one (before I moved) it was really busy, but great for a laugh and getting tips.

Im just getting back into it again, Ill hopefully be able to stick to it rigidly like you and have that kind of loss each week.
