lab dab - I'm guessing powdered milkshake hasn't as much calcium as proper milk so shouldn't be used as a HEa - you're denying yourself calcium which is part of a healthy diet. Usually a HEb is 6 syns. Not sure about HEa's.

Sorry I don't have this weeks password either as I couldn't make class last week and can't make it next week :(

Thanks Skint_catt. It was just the powder in a sachet so I had to add it to my normal milk (skimmed) rather than already included in a bottle. I made it but it was awful  yak!! Feel better now though as didn't drink more than a mouthful so saved the syns.

Sounded lovely on the packet too! thick milkshake and 99% FF - hhhmmm not so nice in real life.

Aw lab-dab - I always find 99% of milkshakes are yuck. The only ones I like are the Frige (sp?) chocolate or McDonalds ones but its a long time since I've had either!

Flat Eric - I wouldn't worry about them too much. I lived on Sudafed/Beechams All in One and throat sweets last week (6 days) and didn't gain (home WI) so I doubt they'll make that much difference - probably 1/4 syn per tablet.

Oh and nothing to do with SW but I've just got back from the hairdressers where Ive gone from blonde to dark (Sliding Doors film stylee!) AND I LOVE IT! No-one I know will see it until tomorrow, but everytime I look in the mirror I think I'm wearing a wig! Not that any of you know what I looked like before but I had to tell someone!

I've looked through my SW pack and can't see anything about how many weeks you are allowed to have off without paying. Like holidays and illness. Anybody know please?

Sounds like there are still loads of pounds (in weight of course;) ) disappearing fast from people on here. Keep up the good work!
