I've been avoiding posting my diary as I feel sick. Just sabotaged what I thought was going to be the perfect week. OH is out again (3rd night in a row but even when he's in I can't bring myself to talk to him :( ) so I binged (old habits don't die).

Breakfast: fried egg (F) and tinned spaghetti (F)
Snacks: yoghurt (F) and banana (F)
Lunch: pasta, beans & cheese (F)
Drinks: Diet Coke, 2 litres of water, Diet Fruit Crush (all F)

This is where it gets bad :(

Dinner: SW chips (F), Chicago town mini pizza (25.5 syns  but was planning to eat it hence the 1.5syns yesterday and 0 syns so far today - at least its gone!),

    but

the garlic bread slipped from the freezer and into the oven, then into my tummy :( Another 26 syns

So that's 53 syns in 2 days. That leaves me with 52 syns for the next 4 days. Doesn't sound too bad but was going out with cousin and family for his birthday on Sat.

I feel better for confessing. Well...sort of :o

Hello everyone, I have read this thread regularly but due to worrying myself sick about my finances haven't really concentrated as much on my weight loss. However I am not back on track (unlike my finances I am afraid!) and now need the support of you lovely lot. I shall have to conjure up some willpower. I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to pm me the password - I couldnt get to class this week....... Would be really grateful then i can update my chart online. Thanks muchly! xx

Thanks Kelly you are right - I can never do it as well at home as I can when I go to class. I have been trying to find a class near to me that I can attend, and the times dont suit my work/family, but I think I should really make the effort and find one! The money will be an investment and the image therapy is always good, I just hate the little cliques that are formed and the two groups I have been to they were not too friendly :(

I know what you mean about the 'cliques' that can occur though I'm sure they are not aware they are doing it!The only thing I can suggest is to just ride it out for a couple of weeks, there is always someone in the same situation as you (though it often seems not) and maybe you can them form your own little group?!Once you feel a little more confident I'm sure you'll find it easier to chat to the 'regs'.
Of course, you could always try my favoured method of making friends....have a few vodkas before you go then just sit next to someone and talk at them:rotfl: NEVER fails - they're too scared to move:D
    :T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T

Thanks, Kelly. Its mainly my upper arms and stomach that Im unhappy with. Ive never liked my thighs but even when Ive been stick thin my upper thighs are a horrible shape so I don't care so much about these. You can hide them in trousers or skirts anyway.

I find it easy to diet and can even go quite hungry and not be bothered but its the evenings that get me. I just love to sit in front of the tv with a packet of crisps/toffee popcorn and a nice cold drink of something alcoholic!:o

Right get to the gym in the evenings if you can.Just a couple sessions a week soon start making a difference,or get something you can use at home. You can have a drink and some crisps in the evening and still lose weight, just plan them into your food plan, along with a bit of toning exercise.Pilates and yoga are really good plus a bit of cardio on a bike or stepper and you'll be skinny and toned in no time:D

  • Catt - Next time the garlic bread does a runner, please can you lob it at your b/f instead of the oven?Just a thought....;) :D :rotfl:

Seriously,it doesn't matter! You've still kept track so just take it as a flexi day.Stop putting so much pressure on yourself.

Thanks K. I think the fact I confessed to you lot shows I'm not stressing as much. It'll be another good day tomorrow so I know I can get it back on track!

(It would have to be harder than garlic bread to make any impact there ;) )
