Ive been quite good this week. Ive stuck to the plan apart from Tuesday when I ate too much chilli and rice for tea and last night when I had a couple of vodkas (although they were with diet 7-up!):o Apart from that Ive been good. Ive had 175ml of white wine with my dinner as syns today. Ive just eaten spaghetti bolognese made with quorn and, even though I liked the taste at the start, got fed up with it. Ive come to the conclusion that I just don't like quorn. Ive tried quorn "chicken" pieces and quorn sausages and didn't like any of them.
Im so tempted to sit down tonight with some malibu's and lemonades though. Everyone tells me Im not fat but I really would like to lose a stone, or at least 9lbs. I see pictures of myself and hate my fat upper arms.0 -

Beachbeth,if it's only your arms you're worried about,or other 'soft' parts,it sounds more like you need to tone up than just lose weight.Before I gained 2 stone this was my problem,thinking I was 'fat' when all I needed was a few sessions in the gym!Looking back I know that now,but didn't realise it at the time...I'd be quite happy to be flabby again now,of course:rotfl::T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p

Hi guys can I join the gang here? I started following the SW plan again last Friday when I got weighed and was horrified at how heavy I was. Been sticking in like mad this week but had a tough day today. I cant get to the class, I hate going and cant really afford it at the minute so gonna try going it alone and I might need to lean on a few of you good people from time to time if that is ok? xYou can stand there and agonize........

Thanks Kelly you are right - I can never do it as well at home as I can when I go to class. I have been trying to find a class near to me that I can attend, and the times dont suit my work/family, but I think I should really make the effort and find one! The money will be an investment and the image therapy is always good, I just hate the little cliques that are formed and the two groups I have been to they were not too friendlyYou can stand there and agonize........

Thanks, Kelly. Its mainly my upper arms and stomach that Im unhappy with. Ive never liked my thighs but even when Ive been stick thin my upper thighs are a horrible shape so I don't care so much about these. You can hide them in trousers or skirts anyway.
I find it easy to diet and can even go quite hungry and not be bothered but its the evenings that get me. I just love to sit in front of the tv with a packet of crisps/toffee popcorn and a nice cold drink of something alcoholic!:o0
