Ive been drinking lots of lemon or lime soda water. It flushes you out. The price is 39p at Tesco per bottle.
I drink a bottle at a time and have not been constipated for a week!!!!!:rotfl:

just tried one the shape lasting satisfaction strawberry yogurts.they are gorgeous. went off mullerlights. but these are really thick and creamy. pleased they are free...

Mmmm are these free! not tried them but im also going off ML's - ate far too many of them so will look out for these. :T

Evening all,
Good news the bridesmaid dress I have for July now fits!! YIPPIE!!
Im not giving up, gonna keep going so it fits & looks good! I have deffo got back on track the last few weeks cos of you guys & I just wanted to say thank you!
Din dins time now, bit late but i didnt finish work until 9pm, risso gallo rissoto pronto & it smells delish!!
