    Hi Guys,
Let myself down this week and fell off the programme for a few days - put on 3lbs!!! (That'll teach me).
Green style roast dinner today, then jacket and cottage cheese for "late" shift.Getting back on track , I'm setting a big target of 4lbs this week.....hard but doable, especially whilst on lates.
Failed on the Body optimise too, by 5 minutes! (What an idiot!)
I'm deliberately being hard on myself coz I know I can do sooooo much better - like QPR!
Congrats to all you losers, and here's to joing you'll next week!
    Thanks for listening,
    Cheers you lot
    Attend SW Tuesdays =
Walk to station every day = :j
3 workouts per week = None :embarasse
Plan my meals weekly = Nope:eek:

Hi could somebody please pm me the password please?

Welcome to Lysab:D Just ask us any questions and someone will try to help out.

Hi LoneR, Don't worry about your gain, just stick with it and it will fall off again;) You should try not to be too hard on yourself otherwise you may feel under too much pressure and this will be counter productive, you will find yourself wanting to give up....or at least drop it for a few days. 4lb really is quite a high amount for one week to aim for, why don't you split it and say 2lb per week. This would be more acheivable and you will feel on top of the world when you make target each week........or else you can just tell me to shut up:rotfl:

My third red day on the run, I will go back to green tommorrow or a few days, I think it really does confuse your body by alternating it a bit. hopefully this will mean a good result tommorrow (wi)

Forgive me SWers for I have sinned. After my good week and a half, I got some stressful medical news and and went out for a meal, then the following night I had another planned meal out (but with unplanned cocktails), and then a 'sod it I've messed up now I might as well have a takeaway' last night. My weigh-in this morning and I've gained (of course). It's made me feel down, but I'm treating it as a blip and I'm back on the wagon today.

Really well done to Purple, flateric and anyone else whose either lost or got into a new piece of clothing. That is such a good feeling:T

Thanks Flat Eric, I definately want the curry one, we have a curry every saturday night. Although we haven't had take-away for years I always used to use the pataks jars, then last year I started to scratch cook (OS).

I will get the saucy one too, are the recipes in this complicated I thought I read somewhere the list of ingredients are rather long.

    Hello
Yes the saucy secrets cookbook needs lots of ingredients for some of the sauces and to be completely honest, I havent actually made any sauce from the book yet but I find it quite a good point of reference & I will get round to making something from there eventually.

come on choccie, you can do it and you know you can, take it one day at a time and get through each day as a one off rather than looking at it as a week of being good.
there are times when we all go off the rails, but its the getting back to it that counts, and i know you can do it,

so come on choccie, get your books out, back to the start and lets get it sorted.

fab recipe that fills me up and has speed foods in is the following

    spinach & tomato canelloni

fry off 2 chopped onions, 4 peppers, and a clove of garlic, when soft add 2 cartons of passata
boil a pan of hot water wilt spinach, drain and mix with about half of the onion peper tomato and stuff canelloni tubes with the mixture
put tubes in a baking dish, cover with remainder of sauce, and bang in oven for about 45 mins.
    extermemly filling, and fab tasting

    hth

    160

    Good afternoon all,

160 canelloni is in oven as we speak! Although you should have seen the mess I got my self into trying to stuff the tubes, DH face was a treat! Its not for tea tonight have made it for tomorrow and some to freeze.
Have to be honest and say I really have not been good this weekend, although have done a big shop and have a fridge full of free food and I have made an effort to drink more water. Tomorrow is going to be magic monday when everything falls into place!

I got these in Tesco too, haven't tried them yet. Worth noting that only the frozen ones are free - the fresh ones (which I've never seen!) are synned.
