    Hi guys.

I have a .... possibility to run past you.

I'm not sure if this stays within the rules or not, but a friend of mine said she saw a recipe for chocolate desert made with tofu. No, really. So I googled it and found a lot of vegan recipes for a dairy-free chocolate pudding. It's made by blending tofu with dark cocoa powder, vanilla and sugar. This is an example. I'm wondering if you could make this SW style using splenda...? Has anyone ever tried this - if so, what's it like??? I'm intriqued, if a little skeptical!

It might just be my oven(!) but I've found that grilling them is so-so, but doing them in the oven in a ceramic dish is much much nicer. I'm not sure why that works! You don't even add Fry Light.

As tofu is free, then i can't see why it would be synned, but the cocoa powder has syns.

I don't think i'll have lost this week. I was really good at the beginning of the week, but i've had to go out of town a couple of times, and if i'm not organised then it all goes to pot. :( I'm mad at myself. I'm missing my dh (he went away last week and won't be home until mid-April). Car has to go into the garage tomorrow. I've sat and loafed around all day - not done much apart from get washed, dressed, feed the kids, made soup, done dishes and been on the computer. And to top it all off, i've lost my voice! Weigh-in tomorrow, but i'm trying not to beat myself up about it.

    What a whinging post! :o
