There are a couple of things I've been doing this week - one was I started having Ryvita Multigrain as a Healthy B, the other was having meringue nests (a tip from this forum!) as snacks when I needed a sugar boost.

Hi AMIE, why don't you like the directory? I love it, but then again I have never seen an older one and I don't have the FO book or other starter pack stuff!!!

Well done Purplestar that is an amazing amount to lose.....

I am very proud of myself, we have just been to the pub, dh and both ds's ordered food, as did the people we were there with. It smelt and looked fantastic, I didn't get myself anything AND I didn't even pick off dh's plate (although I was tempted too) I will definately eat there at some point in the future though as I've never seen such good looking pub food!!!!!!!

I went into Next today and tried on some clothes, cheekily going down one dress size more than I thought I was and the clothes fitted!!!!! I wanted to scream the dressing room down I was so excited! I ended up buying two pairs of trousers, a skirt and a nice top

have got another muller light jelly mousse in the fridge , this time its a blackcurrant one with frozen summer fruits and strawberry muller . also been in the garden today
