Hi ToryB, I have either 2 weetabix (no weighing ;) ) or readybrek, both of these I have with warm milk...well it's actually 2/3 water to 1/3 milk so I can save my milk allowance for things like rice pudding
The idea of the Health Extras is to introduce more fibre, that's why new potatoes in skins are a HE, but boiled potatoes are not.

I'm in the process of doing a strawberry mousse, I'm wondering how it would freeze  hmmmm I've plenty of jellys in the cupboard, so I might see how this try goes and maybe make another and freeze it. I will keep you all posted.

hi ive been following this forum for weeks now. its really nice to see so many of you doing so well along with those like myself that struggle from time to time. im back doing sw after a long spell , so im a bit rusty. put on a lot of weight after been on steroids for 4 1/2 yrs. still on them but a low dose now. also recently diagnosed with type 2 dibetes. so deff need to get the weight off.
just like to say i tried the chillie packed potatoes last night, and ive got to say they were very very nice indeed. the only thing i didnt do was put the kidney beans as we dont like them. would recomend them to anyone.
i have picked up a few ideas and tips over the last few weeks and im sure they will all come in useful .
good luck to all of you

    And hi fellow SWers

I can't believe how quickly the weeks are passing by, Oh yes forgot to mention my books came, from the hotline, they are excellent. Igot the directory 2008 and the 100 comfort foods.

So I was going to ask, what books do you have and would you reccomend them or not????

Hey thanks shanleypink - I had a duclolax (sp?) at lunchtime but still no sign - gunna have a curry soon so if that don't make me go will try the prune juice :D

I find dulcolax take about 12 hours, so you might be up through the night!! Which is why they tell you to take it at night, I think, so it 'works' the next day!
