When mixing the jelly with a muller, do you add all the water to the jelly crystals, or reduce it by the amount of yogurt?

    Hi all,

If I can get hold of some cauli tomorrow I might give that a try, we are having curry tommorrow eve anyway.

My first ever red day today and it went well, after my inital upset tum! I didn't manage to eat anything (since brekkie) until after 3pm, then I just tested myself with a ryvita light (heb) which went down ok.

For my dinner I had a salad with a lovely peice of lamb, it was quite small so i had some chicken with it too. Followed by a muller light. This eve I was feeling a bit peckish so I had a nibble on some more chicken and ate my other ryvita bar.

I didn't manage to eat my other heb or hea (1 hea was milk)

I think I will do red days this saturday and sunday too, I am trying to lose 2lb this week, wi monday.....

    Mel x

    Morning everyone

I hope everyone has lots of yummy meals planned for the weekend.

My breakfast was a bit of a disaster! I cooked some mushrooms in the oven and then whisked up three eggs and poured over the top. I left it for about 30 mins. On taking out,. it hadn't risen very high but was cooked. It didn't taste horrible but then it didn't taste fantastic - there was almost nothing to the egg so I'm not sure where I went wrong? Did I not cook it for long enough or should I have added some milk to the eggs?

I had my lamb last night with my roasted veg and it was very yummy!

The weekend is going to be a struggle as I always want to eat nice things and drink lots of wine so not sure if I will get through the weekend without syn overload!
