Superspeed Foods. I used to have a huge list - I will check when I get home. I remember most fruit e.g. Strawberries, Melon (some are Super Super Speed!), Quorn, Mushy Peas which is strange as it is peas bashed up and I thought they would be a syn like if you mashed a banana but they aren't.

Peachyest might have a list somewhere.

 To stop my hand bag being full of books I would make myself a list of food on cards so they fit in my handbag and when I was at the fruit and veg shop I would pull it out and flick through. A bit like prompt cards when accepting an oscar. :lovethougI am going to do that again.

I have over 3 stone to lose and I am 5ft 2ish, size 14-16-18 (depending where I shop). Biggest I have ever been in my life and the biggest I am going to get.

Since joining I have stayed the same but lost in inches, lost 1 1/2lb, stayed the same but lost in inches, lost 1/2lb, lost 1lb, stayed the same but lost in inches. Everyone is different so if you are just starting don't beat yourself up if you stay the same or lose what YOU consider to be nothing.

We all have a pattern and if you get stuck, save your syns, sink a pint or two  and then get back on track as that always works for me... might not be good ethics but it works, it's like an enima! (Drinking loads of water works too.)

If you don't use your syns, you are not helping... cos the minute you decide to use some you will gain as your system is not used to it. :EasterBun

A loss is a loss, whether it be inches, lbs or oz... the only thing not to lose is your self confidence and you shouldn't be afraid of a gain, as we are all here to gain self confidence!:smileyhea
hi sis what have i told you about wearing the same clothes :naughty::naughty: when you get weighed , you need to wear the same to get a true reflection , yes your right jeans weigh between 2 to 3lb, but im proud of you ,your possative frame of mind and yes you can see the weight you've lost and i know you will get there , its your year.:A

    I've been Money Tipped!
Thank you so much 160, I will try callelloni recipe, may do it on sunday so I have some left over for Mon night, I know I have been reading through my book again, think when you have done it before and go off the rails it makes it harder to stick to when you start again, or is that just me? Would complacent be the right word?!
Just want to feel good about myself and I know im the only person who can make that happen its just food really is my weakness, I dont drink, smoke, enjoy clothes shopping or go out socially so food is m total vice!

    weldone mate,
Well what about 'Herby potato salad'
    1lb 120z/ 794 new potatoes
    2 apples
    6 spring onions
    fresh dill
    fresh chives
8 tbsp extra hellmanns light mayo
    3 tbsp wine vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    salt & pepper

Cut potatoes in half boil until tender, drain place in bowl.
Core ,chop apples into bite size pieces, then chop spring onion, dill,
chives, add to bowl ,mix with potatoes
Mix mayo, wine vinegar, honey ,mustard together and then pour
    over potatoes .

THIS SERVES 4 AND IS 2 SYNS ON GREEN AND 2 SYN ON RED IF
    USING POTATOES H/B

YOU COULD CUT THE SYNS BY PUTTING HALF THE MAYO IN A
TUB OF QUARK OVER NIGHT :D:D
I WOULD TAKE IN A SIDE SALAD AND CHICKEN BREAST H/B OR
SLIMMING WORLD TUNA POUCH - I THINK YOU CAN STILL HAVE THESE AS A H/B ON GREEN
    try this mate

yep, complacent is the word, and we have all done it. i reckon the bestest thing you can do, is do a food diary, like its the first week, always works for me, as when you are writing it down, it makes you think about just what you are doing, and how quick sins do add up. second time is always harder, i think there is an element that you feel here we go again, and its not as interesting or as new as it was first time around.

Yep that is exactly how I feel 160, on my first ever SW week in April of last year I was so good and stuck to it by the book (lost 3lb in first week and continued with a couple of pounds each week) I am just finding it so hard this time.

Jacket with beans for tea and will do a diary this week. Only have one pair of jeans that fit really shoud be enough to spur me on!!
