It was me!!! Don't know if it was a good thing or a bad thing, it worked with varying degrees of success to all who tried it!! Beware!!!! I drank the full bottle and 90 minutes later I was virtually stuck to the toilet for three hours!! I would try ONE glass and leave it til the next day, see if it works a little more calmly that way!

Hey thanks shanleypink - I had a duclolax (sp?) at lunchtime but still no sign - gunna have a curry soon so if that don't make me go will try the prune juice :D

Yep that is exactly how I feel 160, on my first ever SW week in April of last year I was so good and stuck to it by the book (lost 3lb in first week and continued with a couple of pounds each week) I am just finding it so hard this time.

Jacket with beans for tea and will do a diary this week. Only have one pair of jeans that fit really shoud be enough to spur me on!!

i know what you mean choccie i'm having the same problems if i knew now what i knew the first time i wouldn't have put half my weight back on :(

I did have a receipe foR Raspberry fluff - I'll try and find it.

Nope can't find it. I know it was a packet of sugar free jelly crystals, a raspberry and cranberry muller light and two(?) egg whites. Make up half the jelly and set in a dish. Whip the eggs whites until stiff - add the rest of the jelly crystals and fold in the yoghurt. Place on top of the set jelly - Raspberry fluff! The whole lot has 2 syns IIRC!
  • Well Popsy, be careful...
